What I don’t like:

The workshop is small, can accommodate only one car at a time.
Have to call and fix an appointment before heading there.

Pricing:

I Paid 20k for a Ceramic Coat.
Which has a warranty of three years.

They charge 500 rupees for washing a SUV which includes a through interior clean too.
Pricing is very reasonable compared to other detailers out there.

Conclusion:

I am an extremely satisfied customer of Xpert Car Care.

Had availed their services first in 2017 to detail my Duke 390.
I was new to the concept of detailing back then and was blow away, by the out come on my 390.

Availed their services again in 2018 to detail my XUV 500 and it was business as usual, wasn't let down one bit.

Come 2020 with all the noise around ceramic coating, decided to give it a try and it was totally worth it.

It's super easy to keep the car clean now.
All that's needed is a dry Micro-Fiber Cloth.

So when they say warranty of a body coating, what exactly is covered in warranty? If it is for the coat to stay, is there a way we can determine the coat still exists , say after a year of washing the car.

The term warranty has terms & conditions to it for obvious reasons.

The car needs to be washed only with foam + microfiber cloth, no diesel wash etc.

Currently I have asked my washing fellow not to wash the car at all, unless and until I tell him otherwise.
So hopefully this will last.

Here is a video of the first water wash post the ceramic coat.
During this ten days the car had not seen a drop of water, just a dry cloth used to do the job.

Pretty reasonable! As long as the customer is happy with the price, nothing like it. Do they offer a bundled plan for x number of washes? I'm guessing with the ceramic coat your daily washing would go away and you would need only cleaning once in a while.

I dropped the car of on a Thursday evening post work.
Got the car back, delivered to my doorstep on Monday evening.
Work on the car started on Friday morning and they finished the work by Monday afternoon.

I am not aware of any such plans, but will ask them for sure.

Only dusting is required that's it. Haven't used water in the past 15 days, except once where I had taken it to them for a wash.

It's been almost two months since I got the Creta Ceramic Coated. Since then the car hasn't been washed by the regular washing fellow.

I personally wash the car every Sunday with a micro fiber cloth.
Believe me when I say this, it hardly takes 20 mins to wash the entire car yourself. It's become that easy post the coating.

Today after 10 days of the car lying unused and unattended, I decided to wash the car as I couldn't see it in that condition anymore.

Some points to notice, the car wasn't dusted or cleaned at all in the past 10 days due to the lock down.

All I did was used a microfiber cloth to dust the entire vehicle first and then wiped the entire vehicle down with a wet microfiber cloth and the vehicle shining like new.

I am glad that I got the Ceramic Coating done.

Hi,
The car looks great. But I suggest you to not wipe/dust the dry car with a dry microfiber. It might induce swirl marks inspite of having the coating on it.
First rinsing the car with water is very safe. If water availability is an issue, then spraying a dilute solution of some product like ONR or ECH2O before wiping will minimise scratches. If even that is not possible, spraying at least plain water will lubricate the wiping movement and reduce swirl marks, relative to wiping the dry paint.

Had taken my city to xpert car care for a small wash and clean and the guys did a good job with the foam wash and interior cleaning. Would surely recommend them.
