What I like

Adheres to the estimates and time.
No unnecessary extra expenses
Good understanding of all Royal Enfield engines may it be CI or UCE.
Good availability of spares, even if spares are unavailable then they are arranged within a days time.
Mr. Yash who is the owner personally looks into the maintenance of every bike and resolves issues. He is a genuine person and enthusiast.
They give you a clear explanation of the issues if any in the bike and generally no jugaad is done as the biker and bikes health and safety are of prime interest.
Cheaper than authorized service centers
Some awesome accessories and customization stuff available at reasonable price.
Quick resolution of issues.
Open on all days.
Conveniently located on the Sion-Panvel highway, near Kharghar station.

What I don't like
Workshop space, it is small, some more space will be helpful, they manage it well though.

Pricing
Reasonable, way below Royal Enfield Service Center. Genuine parts, spares and consumables are on par with Royal Enfield Service Center.

My Experience with Bullet Mechanix
My classic 350 is regularly serviced at this place since 2017, most of the time minor repairs are done in my presence. Last week I got my entire wiring harness changed. Mr. Yash and his team treat all minor requests from customer with utmost attention.
