Does anyone know of a reliable RTO agent who could help me with getting an NOC from Mumbai RTO? I was also wondering if anyone knows how long the process takes i.e. to get the NOC from the RTO. The car is registered with Mumbai Central RTO (MH 01 BF xxxx).

Only option i think we can work out is call out some of the car/bike dealers and ask for their own contact who is doing their RTO work.

Example, i need to contact Yamaha Andheri and find a possible agent who can help with NOC. Similarly you can try for the car/bike dealer based on your car/bike.

My vehicle is going to be 15 years old and I have to get the fitness certification done.
Vehicle has valid insurance, no EMI and valid PUC.

I strongly second this opinion. Recently used Mohd Bhai after getting in touch with some others mentioned in this thread as well. I had a significantly challenging situation of inter state registration and extension of my rc. While he's a tad bit more expensive than others - worth every penny.
