Very good service for car detailing for exteriors and interiors of any type of cars.
What I like:
Minute eye for detail, even the owner does not mind jumping in for cleaning the car and making sure the customer is happy.
What I don't like:
Waiting period and there should have been a car lift for any under-body treatment, but due to restriction from the mall management, he is not allowed to have a car lift.

Speciality / USP: Value for money car detailing done here and only uses international products like 3M and Wurth for detailing. Has a team of very professional personnel who know their job to the tee

My car had paint spots due to some painting work done in the building. Hence I started scouting for some detailer in Mulund or nearby vicinity.

After looking at 5 to 6 different local shops, felt car parlour was much more professional then others. Had reached their workshop at 10:00 am wherein the staff was yet to come in. But one of the staff was already present and he gave me a demo of how he would be working on the car and on a small patch on the car gave me a demo. I liked what I saw and hence came back to them to get the car back to its pristine self.

it's good , but i dont think that they are too professional in their job. Specially the second last pic with a bucket on top of car roof .

He is putting in more scratches on your roof with that bucket then removing it.

Rupesh, I thought the prices were reasonable for the kind of work that they have done, but still if you know someone who is more competitive near by Mulund it would be great to know.

Notorious - He has put the bucket on the roof, and I do agree that that is not professional approach, but be rest assured, he was using an anti skid matting that we get for the cars dashboad on which he had his bucket, so no scratches from the bucket.

exterior washing & shampooing
Interior vacuuming and shampooing and polishing of all rubbers and plastics.
Exterior wax polishing.
Total cost: Rs. 2300
Less 10% Discount - 230 (told him heard reviews of him on T-bhp)
Total : Rs. 2070

Extremely happy with their quality of work and eye for detail, they left no place for complaints.

I have been to the place before and did only interiors. This was before kailashhas created the thread.

The reason to drop down to this thread is to clarify what I found (about that bucket on the car roof)

This weekend, got the exterior (teflon) + interior done at Car Parlour (Mulund, Mumbai)

They recongnize the T-BHP stickers...
Meantime I had talked with Manoj and Bimal about the bucket thing.
That guy was new and joined them the same day when Kailash had his car for cleaning. The guy was from another car detailing brand.

Anyways, that leaves them with some additional + points from me.

There work was good as always.
Manoj Rathore (owner) and Bimal (Manager) did not hesitate to apologize for the bucket thing and personally checked every detail before delivering the car.

so long... infact I was the one to be blamed as I did not make t to the last 2 T-BHP mumbai meets.

I Got my car washed here yesterday, but was very dissapointed. This was 2nd time I had taken my car to this place for Exterior cleaning. First time was better, but yesterday was very bad. Bird droppings and some marks were as it is after the wash. When i showed it to them they replied that the same will not go and its a permanent mark. I rubbed these mark with my fingers and showed them that it was easily removable. After which they cleaned the same properly. The manager was not at all interested in what was happening.

Overall experience was bad.

Have been getting all my cars washed, detailed on a regular basis here. The service is A1, but i do agree sometimes the waiting can be a pain. Surely, they are meticulous in their work, but sometime additional supervision if you are a bit of a fuss (like me) helps.

Till date its the only place i take my Audi to for washing/cleaning etc, besides the A.S.S when its there for service etc.

Bimal is very good at listening to the customers and if you are willing to wait he will ensure that the work done always meets up to satisfaction. I generally call him up in advance to know his workload before driving down so the wait is at a minimum. Full thums up from me.

The main attendant who took my details recognized the tbhp stickers and could not stop gushing about how many cars that land up here are of tbhpians. What I really liked is that he informed his cleaner(s) about my requirements (had asked him not to wash the engine bay) in front of me and gave me an accurate idea of the time it would take (considering the earlier cars that were in line).

What made you not do the engine bay wash ? Atleast diesel spray you should have done.
