Re: Audi Q3 : Official Review

Has anyone installed their own amps & speakers to a BMW or Audi? I'd love a BMW X1 and for me even the petrol version would suffice but I cant simply throw away my existing audio gear as I'd invested around 1.5L! :(

Re: Audi Q3 : Official Review

The Audi Q3 petrol, which will be launched soon in the similar two versions, is priced identically to the q3 diesel.

For Refinement and Performance, it will come with the 2.0 TFSI which will be considerably quicker than the TDI.

Saw the Q3 today at Audi Mumbai West.
The price is due to the registration tax on CBUs. I believe it is the same as the amount for Corporate registered cars.
The Petrol and Diesel are indeed priced the same.
The Base model starts at 26.21L ex showroom + Rs. 12,900 for some storage package + Rs. 1.56L for the panaromic sunroof (no sunroof standard) + Rs. 1.44L octroi + 8.05L registration + 1.08L for insurance + Rs. 31,294 for Audi Secure. Total is 38.79L for the Base.
The High variant is Rs. 46L OTR, and Rs. 31.5L ex showroom, with a similar breakup (different numbers though keeping in mind the higher base cost).

I quite lacked the car, however, the lack of headroom and space in the rear have ruled it out of our garage. At a lower price, it might make sense as a self driven vehicle that would be used in the city, with little use of the back seats. However, after plonking Rs. 46L on the car, we would like something that we can take out of town as well.

Re: Audi Q3 : Official Review

Does anyone know how is it in comparison to the X1 now in terms of OTR price and package as a whole?

Re: Audi Q3 : Official Review

Unless Audi is talking about dealer dispatches, NO all are not sold, you can still get cars in July - August and they are a part of this 500 lot.

All useless press releases just to stay in the news...

Re: Audi Q3 : Official Review

Was on the Gurgaon-Faridabad road on Saturday evening at about 6:30 pm. Saw 10 Q3s traveling in a convoy coming towards Gurgaon. They all had Q3 written in a bold font across the sides. I guess it was a promotional event to get people to experience the cars.

Was a nice sight seeing all of them with their LED fronts. I couldn't help but think that this was the end of the X1 as we know it!

Saw the same convoy , except I saw 15 of them while returning from office through phase 3 machan road. Thought it was a promotional campaign, considering the start young labels plastered on the sides. What a looker ! Am all too ready to start young, someone give me an emi scheme with 60 % balloon payment after 5 years !

Ha! I love that Q3.but given the duties and taxes here it is way too expensive. It may set you back by about 29 to eo lacs on rosd abroad, but to ay 44 lacs here for the same thing is criminal.
