The rear pads would go because of that traction control right? I can see the traction control light blinking a lot with the stock Turanzas

BMW releases a video with a new tagline. "Sheer Driving Pleasure" changed to "Sheer Owning Pleasure" mainly intending to spike sales during upcoming festival season.

Thank for the information, what was the month of manufacture for your car?

Just checking if this discount is being offered for a recently manufactured car.

Also anyone else negotiating for 3-Series, what discounts are you being offered?

What is the max discount in Mumbai? I was offered the prestige for 37L otr in Bangalore. Effectively that's about 8L discount.

re: BMW 320d & 328i (F30) : Official Review

My dealership had told me that the BSI prices may be increased from 1st November, had decided to anyways buy it so did not want to take a chance. Went yesterday and paid the said amount in cash, have only got a receipt so far but they told me that once the plan gets activated, they will mail me the document for it. I went for :
1. BSI plus 3year/40,000 kms - 116052
2. 5 years extended warranty - 95190
Total amount was 211242 and am covered for services or brake related jobs till 2018 and 40k kms + extended warranty coverage till 2020, complete peace of mind Reason for not going for 5 year/60000 kms bsi plus pack was the additional 1.4L which i felt was too high for additional 20,000 kms coverage which would include only 1 scheduled service. The brake pads would anyways need a change by 40k kms so i did not find it suitable.

They showed me the extended warranty details and it says that even the suspension is covered including all sub parts + shock absorbers till the extended warranty timelines, wondering if they include shockers, link rods etc under extended warranty as these things come under wear n tear.

Yes these are including , I have got many rubber components changed in 5th / 6th year of ownership , perhaps there is nothing like wear & tear in BMW - if it's under warranty it has to work or get replaced - true German pedigree I will say .
