Finally i did overhauling of clutch as suggested and it cost around 19k. But the results are very good. Now the clutch is soft , very much like petrol. Overall i am happy as now its again driving like new vehicle.
The mechanic told me that early wear of clutch is because of my wrong driving habit. Coming from petrol(alto) , while changing gear ,i used to have some overlap between releasing clutch and pressing accelerator which is not required in diesel (i learnt too late stupid:)
