Guys, my audio system (color non touch one) doesn't show folders like a tree instead lists all the sub folders in single list. How do I list folders as organised ?

They are spot on about the tyre life for the Diesel, the carbon based MRF ZVTV on mine lasted for about 31K Km. I've upsized to 195/60/15 higher rated silica based tyres and they seem to be holding up well (touch wood).

It depends on the driving style and road conditions i think. Mine has done 44k in first set of tyres (Goodyear) can do another 3-4k.

What I meant is I have organized folders on my usb as such:

2014 -> folder1, folder2
2015 - > folder 3, folder4
2016 -> folder 5 etc

But the audio system just displays it as folder1, folder2, folder3, folder4 in single list.

Is this the default behaviour ? Anyway to make it show the same folder structure as I've organized? I've spent one full evening organizing the folders properly and the audio system has betrayed me. :mad: :Frustrati

I am planning to add a sub-woofer to the audio system on my VX model. I was told by the audio shop guy that he needs to fit an amplifier +sub-woofer and the price starts at 12k for the job. For folks that have made a change, any suggestions that you might share will be helpful. Also hope it wouldn't risk voiding the warranty.

If any wire is cut during this process, the warranty would be compromised.

I just replaced oil on my 10k service and specifically requested LINKWAY Honda for synthetic oil. The service Rep convinced me to go for 5W20 Honda branded one. The service with tyre rotation and filter replacement cost me 4.5k Rs

Is 5w20 good for next 10k at least ?
Anyone else used such Honda branded oil?

Idemitsu 5W20 is semi synthetic low viscosity oil and good enough - but 6 months, 5000 km more or less.

Wow surprised with this!

These numbers are same for even normal oil. I would imagine going for semi/synthetic would give you at least a few more miles compared to standard oil . The whole purpose defeated if it is 6mth 5k kms.:Frustrati

What grade do they use for normal oil replacement then?

The service Rep said good for 10k kms/1year

They have both semi synth and fully synth versions. What did the oil change cost you?

That would be a reasonable indicator.

They charge 1750/- for fully synthetic oil 0W-20 . I think it is quite reasonable. I have opted for full synthetic oil my first paid service.

This is not synthetic oil! This is just the regular semi synth blend they normally use, and is priced accordingly as well.

Fully synthetic oils are priced at around Rs 1000/- a liter, and just the oil will cost not less than 4000 bucks for a change.

Well they claim it to be fully synthetic oil . I am attaching a photo of their pamphlet given by the SA in which Honda claims it to be fully synthetic . I hope they are not cheating us.

Is that 1750 per litre or 1750 per oil change of say 3.5 litres?

1750 per litre means it is an overpriced oil sold with dealer markup profits, and you should be free to get Shell Helix Ultra or other premium brand of 0w20 oil at substantially cheaper prices.

1750 for 3.5 litres means you got a semi synthetic oil of some kind.

It is 1750/- for a full oil change which according to Honda is " fully synthetic engine oil which is technologically advanced oil at a reasonable price " . They emphasize "fully synthetic " multiple times throughout this advertisement leaflet as you can see.

It is probably a blend of fully synthetic and mineral oils.

Did you happen to see the can they topped the oil out from, or get the part number for the oil, from your bill?
