Re: Maruti S-Cross : Official Review

Hi Guys,

Just watching the S Cross launch live.
10.75 for the 200 and 13.74 for the 320 - Alpha. Guess these are ex showroom figures.

Regards,
SS

Re: Maruti S-Cross : Official Review

DDiS 320 Alpha is more than Creta. 13.74L!!! Shocking in a not so pleasant way.

Re: Maruti S-Cross : Official Review

S-Cross Prices launched.

Maruti S-Cross : Official Review-s-cross-price.jpg

Not sure why Sigma (O) cost is not announced. Probably they removed Sigma altogether or made Sigma (O) as Sigma??

Creta off the list.
S-Cross off the list.

Wait continues for Duster Facelift, TUV300, Honda BRV, anything else that keeps surfacing in the rumour section.

Or get finalized on Tata Zest. More questions?

@ Vigkey : Sorry Mate I have to part my ways too. The Punto Abarth in MATTE finish looks good though if you are willing to wait.

For me it looks to be Ertiga ZXI

Re: Maruti S-Cross : Official Review

All I can say is LOL. 13.74L. For 2 Airbags. Those alloys. We're not buying NEXA showrooms, we're just interested in the car MSIL. They want us to pay for the setting up of NEXA showrooms as well. I cannot understand though something is wrong. 3 lakhs for the engine difference??

Well well, Welcome to the land of no nos! Indian car scene has heated up and so did the prices. Yes! They are steep. I can see many bookings getting cancelled.

Re: Maruti S-Cross : Official Review

MS shot itself in the foot. Huge opportunity missed to slot SCross in between Ecosport n Creta. Nexa guys may be sitting idle for long.

Ideally DDIS200 Alpha at 9.99 tops and DDIS320 12.99 tops would have been competitive.

Re: Maruti S-Cross : Official Review

Who will buy the S-Cross now???? The prices are much higher than expected.
Seems like Creta will be the market leader and the waiting period will be much higher.

Re: Maruti S-Cross : Official Review

Maruti Suzuki has proved that we should not expect competitive price just because they are Maruti Suzuki

I assume these are exshowroom Delhi, if yes its going to be very very difficult for Maruti. Hyundai folks will be smiling and having a great time.

I wonder if these guys also think about high-cost states like Karnataka

The DDiS200 Zeta, per se, is in the range of my expectation, but thanks to the high tax rates in Karnataka, I might've to execute my plan-B.
