Well, FCA India has not officially announced that Fiat as a marque is winding up their operations in the country.

So, technically they're still in business and after-sales services are on offer as usual.

Congrats on your purchase. Its one of the best enthusiast vfm cars available in the market today. The value of these machines will only appreciate in future when true hot hatches will be a rare breed to find.

Vow, the Abarth Punto seems to be flying off the shelves on the two lakhs sticker price discounts.

If only Fiat had marketed this car well, the brand might have been alive today :

Sky Moto may have had their best month of sales with the Fiat brand:

Congratulations and keep revving.

Congrats to your heart, as it won the battle . Looks like next month’s sales thread would be a great surprise.

Thanks Man. Just FYI this is my 4th Fiat (1.9D, Punto, Linea and Now Abarth) 😁

almost all the buyers are existing Fiat owners. its just that we're at right place at right time. And probably yes, Sky Moto might have had their best month with Fiat sales.

But, one thing for sure they too equally helped us out to make the whole buying experience hassle-free. Big thumbs up for them as well.

Wow, many congratulations on picking up one of the last few Abarth Puntos left. I've been told there are just 20 odd cars left for sale and all of them black!

In other news, I'm selling my 2015 car with 50,000km on the odo and full service history. If anyone is interested, please PM me. The Team-BHP classified ad should be live tomorrow. Here's the OLX link for pictures and more details.

Re: Fiat Abarth Punto : Official Review

Hi,

I'm from Chennai. Interested in this deal of last batch of Abarth Puntos.

Anyone from Chennai or Tamil Nadu lucky enough to grab this offer ? Any deals locked ? More interested in knowing the best offer before barging into the Fiat showroom in a day or two with my cheque book.

What should be the best Final OTR ? ACCESSORIES ?

all those who bought the monster in this amazing deal, do let me know the final price to bargain or negotiate.

Thanks in advance

Though the discounts on Abarth are mouth-watering at the moment, they vary from dealer to dealer.

I grabbed one in January for 9.3 and another guy from Hyderabad got it for the same price.

The 8.6-8.7 OTR price was offered for a group buy deal and that was in Pune. But negotiate hard to grab it for anything around 9.

Go for it while you can.

Re: Fiat Abarth Punto : Official Review

Hi guys,

Quick update - only 5 units left in the plant (All black). I have booked one yesterday, so it should be 4 Abarths left to grab. My SA told me it's doubtful to get me car, as FCA needs 100% before allotting to the car. Even to the dealer. It will take a couple of days for me to process the Loan. But, I have paid Rs.3 lakhs as advance down payment which should secure my spot hopefully. I have asked the FIAT dealer to pay on behalf of me and block the car. It's not like I will cancel the booking after paying 3 lakhs. He said, will try
If it doesn't work out, they will return my advance. Shocked. I have asked them to get me the car, I'll try to pay asap. Don't want NO for an answer.

Even if you spend 1L on it every year (owing to "poor reliability") its the bargain of the year!
Thank you for this post Kanad, made so much sense to me back then and was motivating enough to take the leap and bring this baby home.

Happened to see your Abarth in Nirlon Knowledge Park last Friday, looked beautiful sleeper car with no stickers. Would have asked the reason to let this baby go but I suppose you are not looking to sell the car anymore.

Did anyone get to Inquire about the extended warranty on the Abarth Punto, which used to be 5 years/1,50,000 kms, which is being not offered anymore , as informed by my sales rep in RDC FIAT, Chennai. Would love to take the extended warranty as this car is a keeper.

AFAIK extended warranty was never offered on Abarth Punto since it's launch. It's only 3 years of standard warranty.

Congrats mate A well made decision there!

Hasten up the loan process and grab the car while it is available.

BTW what's the OTR price of your deal?
