Thanks for your inputs
Visible cargo is definitely a big downer for the Fortuner.
Ford wins hands down in the detailing department

Just wanted to check if we can retrofit auto folding mirrors module to the 3.2L endeavour?
Toyota offers this on the Fortuner for 4500/-

Million dollar question.
Even I am looking for the same.
I had installed the same in my Fortuner after getting envy of my wife Grand i10, which has factory fitted auto fold mirrors.

I am back to same situation except that this time I have many other astonishing features to boast superiority. In Fortuner I was just trying to reach nearby (Grand i10 features)

With press of button, you can close everything in Endeavour except side rear view mirrors. May be open side mirror is not a big concern in sane countries like USA and Australia but if Toyota can think about it, Ford should not be lagging as well.

Auto folding mirror is a standard feature for Endeavour in Thailand & Australia.

There may be some dependencies with BLIS & Cross traffic alert modules in Endeavour.

Check with service centre if it can be programmed via the ECU

Checked with my Ford's technician,he said Endeavour doesn't have this as an accessory.

But the good news is there is an after market accessory available for INR 3500

I have been using the parcel tray for the last one year, it's useful most of the time. One annoying thing is, if you need to use the third row seats, you would have to remove the parcel tray and keep it at home, because it won't fit in the floor of luggage area.

Saw the auto folding mirror module at a car accessory store in Hyderabad called as XENEX.
They are into custom modifications too.

You can contact the owner Amar (+918686000001)
He is very co-operative and may guide you to the source in your city

Any update on the extended warranty?
Endeavour is doing good, will be going for 3rd service (30k kms) soon. Unfortunately nothing official on extended warranty yet. However when one of my friend who is planning to pick Endeavour 3.2 Titanium enquirer at multiple showrooms, they mentioned soon a 5 year extended warranty will be launched for endeavour. Need to wait and see.

I think ARB and Rhinorack have already made bullbars for the New Endeavour
They have a socket to socket extentions for the front sensors too
Even "Ironman" has their complete lineup for Ford Everest/Endeavour 2015+ including the air bag and parking sensors compatible bull bars. From whatever research I have on "Ironman vs ARB", it looks like "Ironman" has slight advantage over the ARB. Also heard great feedback about the Ironman distributor for India

Good to know about the 5 year Warranty with the Endeavour.

Heard that ARB is coming up with an exclusive showroom in Hyderabad
May be worth the wait

Given the kind of poor off-take they had on Trend here and also the preference to fully loaded Titanium among buyers, I doubt Ford would want to launch these here.

I am glad that you have made the decision considering capabilities of the Endeavour and not just following a common perception at market place. All the best with your new purchase. Do update us when you take delivery.
