I already took delivery of mine this month on the 8th and i found my sweet spot in the truck and am enjoying it.

Does the Isuzu comes with a Tonneau Cover accessory ?

It does not come with the truck you have to buy it separately. They mostly stock carry boy accessories.

Has anyone changed the halogen headlights to Xenon or Bi-Xenon for Vcross? It would be helpful to know which one is better and its best brightness configuration. I am little confused if i should stick with halogen. I thought i would change to HID. Please share your advice.

Not specific to V-Cross but in general, halogen is always better as it is easier to increase illumination at will by changing the bulbs with a relay and wiring kit. It also costs only a fraction of what it costs compared to a Bi-Xenon projector set up. Case in point, stock S-Cross Alpha projectors are very poor in illumination compared to the Zeta variant with halogen. Similarly I know of a friend who changed his headlight set up in his Figo to projectors but was still not happy with the illumination provided. Hence overall, if you are looking for easy and VFM options to increase illumination, best to stick to halogens. Just my 2 $!! :)

The stock headlights will usually be 55/60. You can go for 90/100 if you feel the stock illumination is not sufficient. For this you will need a relay, wiring and connector kit as well as 90/100 bulbs. Philips wiring kit is a good bet as a friend used it for his Rapid. It comes with the relay and connector. Bulbs you can go for Philips, Osram, Hella or the very rarely available Flosser. Of these I have used Philips and Hella. Both are equally good but one of my Hella's fused out early on. Replaced it with another one and that lasted for a good amount of time. Also with the bulbs, you can see if you can source 55/100 bulbs. This is very hard to find but it will be easy on the eyes of oncoming traffic in the city while it will provide good illumination on the highways in high beam.

You can check out the LED bulb range by GTR lighting gen 3 ultra series led headlight bulbs, they're really good and really expensive.

The Vcross comes with a bare metal bed, doesn't even have a bed liner as standard. It's good and bad as well, good because being a 4x4 vehicle the end user can customise basis his/her preference. Bad because, OEM look and feel is lost some low end products. Plenty of options of Tonneau covers available in the market now, lockable, hard, soft etc.

You may also consider led spot lights that fit into the fog lamp spot. The V-cross Bumper is sufficiently high for the fog lamps to throw light at a good distance, yet low enough to avoid glare to on-coming traffic.

This set up would also ensure that you are not touching the stock headlights or altering the wiring with relays, etc. High power bulbs are known to blacken the head light reflectors in the long run.

I own an Scross 1.6 Alpha. As someone mentioned the stock headlights were poor.I went ahead and replaced the fog lights with projectors and Bi xenon HID combo. If you are not keen to touch the stock HL you can swap the foglights to Projector+HID combo.

I see that you've purchased Isuzu's D-Box. would like to know:

1. what material is it made of?
2. how strong is the box platform?
3. any dust or water seeping in? and,
4. how sturdy is the lock?
5. I see a badge on the left of D-Box, is this imported from Thailand?

The bed line:

1. Are there hooks?
2. Have you washed the loading bay with water, if yes, does the water remain at the back?

The D-box is made of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) and is very sturdy. I haven't had issues with water seeping in but during my off-road times I did find some dust inside the loading bay. The lock is decent in terms of quality and operation but I would not call it sturdy. I bought the box from the dealer itself not sure where they buy from.

I do not have a bedliner, I had the same concern regarding water/moisture being retained under the bedliner. Instead I bought a roll of 6mm rubber sheet and installed that.
