1) Can we opt for Arizona Blue in XE?
Unfortunately no. Not sure why Tata has come up with such a stupid idea of offering XE in pearl white shade only. Especially when Tata have made it clear that Hexa will not be offered in the fleet market.

2) I am willing to add few features like
Parking sensor, Reverse camera, 9'Infotainment system + Woofer + Amp, DRL, Rain Sensing Wipers (rear),
If i get them fixed on my own then will it effect the warranty?
Any electrical accessory that is not approved by Tata will definitely affect waranty. Also please do note that DRLs & fog lamps of XT/XTA are not the same you get on XE/XM even if you are willing to pay a hefty sum for it. You get circular ones similar to what is found on the Zest.

So, is it better to avoid getting DRLs and FL?

What about Infotainment, My dad is 60+ and acting as a kid to get 7 / 9' ICE.

Hi guys, did anyone get a warranty card for the Hexa tires? Friend and I are here at Prerana and there's no specific tire warranty card. Please advise.

DRLs and FL seem expensive at about 13K. They are quite bright though. While they definitely add to the look of the car, they're still far behind the ones found on XT/XTA.

I am not very sure about 7 or 9" ICE upgrade. Need to check with your local dealer / accessory shop if a good quality finisher panel is available for Hexa.

You would not need one if you're going through TATA. If anything should happen, these two companies will mutually communicate and offer you replacement if situation demands so.

Congratulations!!!

I would not be surprised if August numbers for Hexa see a serious jump.
Alternatively, most of the Hexa's sold have been bought by the forum members

Please share more pics of your beast. Very few pics of Hexa in this shade are available.

Also, have you thought of getting the roof painted in black, like the Jeep Compass dual coloured trims. Would look good and add contrast to this shade. Just food for thought.

And by the way, congrats on buying a great vehicle. Happy motoring.

Congratulations.
Are you being price protected against 10% cess hike, if not put some pressure to get the vehicle invoiced before 9th Sep, the likely date of increase.

Re: Tata Hexa : Official Review

Ok, I must confess first-up that I am relatively free in office today

With my mind space completely taken by my soon to be delivered XTA, I am quite keen for the monthly sales figures for the HEXA.

As SIAM figures and team-bhp analysis are possibly ten days ago, I decided to take a dip stick survey and find out the number of Hexa's delivered to or booked by members this month.

Simple task, I re-read all the posts from August 1, 2017 till August 31, 2017

The number is 16. SaNdY AR, HOTROD, Swami jive, Vikvkv, Torquedo, GreenmachinE, Travelex, SMILEY, Akshay30 (uncle's car), rOnit7, KKRECOVER, smsrini, rohansd, pk3977, wheelieboy and us.dash (yours truly).
I have not included krishnakarthik1 as he has not confirmed his purchase.

(apologies in advance if I have misspelt any call sign/ user name)

At the very least i can conclude that this car is popular in this forum.

Now for the ownership experiences!

Short ownership experience in a couple of sentences as I do not have the patience to write a complete ownership review. XTA has been with me for nearly 3 weeks and it has been completely driven in the city. It is very comfortable to be driven in the city and I cannot wait to start my high way drives. Every time I start my drive, or even before that , hexa puts a very wide smile in my face. . I would have regretted my decision had I chosen any of the other competitors.
Out of selfishness and for the need of exclusivity I would want Hexa to sell less. But for the benefit of people dangling near the border whether to go ahead or not to go ahead to purchase Hexa, drive a Hexa and figure it out. You will make the decision in a jiffy.

Regards
Sandy

As one here, XTA EDD is 9th Sep. My friend created his team bhp id autonoid and awaiting for his account to be allowed to post forum, right now his account doesn't have that privilege.
