I have not had any bad experience so far except for the delay in insurance claim process once. Service wise didn’t have any issues yet. This is my third year with Compass and I have been using them for my Punto service as well earlier.

Re: Jeep Compass : Official Review

Had a very good wet drive recently to Bijapur-Athani, some stretches there was literally no visibility due to rains. Roads after Chitradurga till Bijapur is fantastic, got the below milage. This number was driving between 70-80kmph on spare tyre, after a tyre developed puncture. Very badly missed the cruise control.

I think that’s the speed alarm setting. There is an option to set a speed beep apart from the compulsory ones. In my compass I have set it at 80 and it shows exactly like this.

As Night Raven put it, its the speed alarm which starts chiming crossing 80, sometimes after crossing 88.

The programable speed limit beep is there in BS6 versions also. Mine is a 2022 model 1.4 Sport. Here is what my owner’s manual says.

I have deactivated it for the picture, now it shows my mileage instead as said in the manual.

I don’t know if it’s After sales. But a bit about the product itself. Almost 7 months since I got my car. Three trips to
KHT service in Whitefield. They are just not
Able to fix the rattling noise. Check out all options before finalising. If KHT is bad you can try PPS. What if the build quality is bad? That’s one bad experience you don’t want.

Re: Jeep Compass : Official Review

From this thread and the other threads on the Compass, the rattling issue seems more pronounced in the diesel if I have gauged rightly.

For old cars Yes, for new updated cars rattle is taken care. So no more in latest version.

This is not entirely correct. I have a 2022 car and some rattles (as do some other 2022 owners)

Re: Jeep Compass : Official Review

So my stereo display has started developing bubbles. I asked the dealer to fix it as part of warranty that I still have left (took the extended warranty) but they say this is not covered as it’s not a defect. Any thoughts on next steps?

Is this the display or screen protector? First time seeing a screen display developing bubbles.

It’s the display itself. I didn’t apply any separate screen protector. Not sure if the original stereo has a screen protector itself but they would have mentioned that during the inspection itself right.
