Thanks for the suggestions friends. I'll put the swap plan on hold and will look for the aftermarket cover itself.

Good chance that the size will differ. Can you send the measurement of outer circumference of the Nexon steering wheel and ask to check against the st wheel cover ?

Kindly also mention that the comparison is blatantly WRONG

Its good that they have highlighted a more powerful engine, but saying that Ecosport doesn't have Android auto(when it infact has it alongwith CarPlay as well), Rear armrest, folding ORVMs etc. is simply false advertising. Maybe since their car is cheaper they could gain an advantage by comparing the lower variant that would be priced at the same level.

EDIT: I believe this brochure is not updated to the facelift Ecosport.

Re: Tata Nexon : Official Review

The first Nexon I'm seeing in white, in Coimbatore. Already seen the red, blue and silver colours on the road. Photos taken at two traffic signals. The exhaust can which was a matter of great discussion in the beginning doesn't look out of place. In XZ+ trim without the dual colour combo.

I have noticed that a blast of hot air hits my feet occasionally while AC is running at 24 temperature setting. Wonder where it's coming from. Few other guys have reported the same on the Whatsapp group. Could be a glitch.

Re: Tata Nexon : Official Review

Has anyone got the mudflaps installed. Its about 6 weeks since I took delivery and Venkataramana Motors says that they haven't received any mudflaps for Nexon yet. This is strange and inconvenient. These are really necessary; I have to wash off the mud that gets sprayed onto the body on a daily basis.

I drive at 24.5 temperature setting. I have experienced both hot air and cold air flows. I may be wrong, but I feel that the system is a bit slow to react to the temperature changes in the cabin. It doesn't get uncomfortable, so it's OK, I guess.

Got it installed before delivery as part of standard accessories(along with floor mats) at Concorde Motors, Bengaluru. You can try other options as the TATA ones are costly (700 rs iirc) as well as a size smaller in my opinion.

Aftermarket mudflaps are not available for Nexon in Hyderabad. In fact, mudflaps for Zest were never available outside of Tata dealerships.

I got mudflaps installed at VenkataRamana as part of the delivery on Nov 20th. I got them for free as mine was the first Nexon booking at their showroom on July 25th.

This is applicable in all cars with ACC. (Automatic Climate control). But the effect varies. Essentially if the outside Air Temperature is detected by the car temperature sensor to be say about 25 or 25 and if the AC is kept at about 24 the AC might decide to blow hot air. Basically keep the Inside AC temp setting 2-3 degree higher than the displayed outside air temperature. If there is no display then in winter months 22-23 degrees may be the way to go. The AC decides to switch off or blow hot air if it detects the temperature of outside air is too close to that inside. It is often more noticeable on the outlets close to the feet. This is not a defect.
