I am getting planning to get my car’s coding done this week. And also ceramic coating and fitting of some accessories. I ll post snaps after the job is done.
In the few days I ve been driving the car it’s an absolute dream. It’s Just what I need.
After reducing the tyre pressure to 33 the ride has become tolerable. I still wish it was softer.

Coding by the same guy? Still awaiting my delivery will post my experience once I do it.
Let us know if you are able to enable wireless CarPlay. The coding guy did say that he could enable it but wasn’t working for some reason.

Yes it’s the same guy.
He said wireless car play doesn’t work for the Tiguan. He advised against trying it. I also asked for activating voice command but he doesn’t do it.
He has a fixed list of options. We have to choose what we want. The price is fixed at rs 7900. No discounts he said.

Right. Price is the same which was quoted.
One other thing he said other than the usual ones was there are options of skins available for the digital cockpit

Hey - Adding pics after getting ceramic coating done.

Wireless apple car play is a critical need apart from the 120 K+ speed warning. If anyone has a usable & tested real world solution for plug in hardware to support, kindly share.

Do see a couple on threads on dashcams - if anyone goes for an option that integrates well with the Tiguan do suggest.

Looks absolutely smashing. I see your location is blr. Could you please tell me where you got the ceramic coating done and how was the experience?
Also if you can tell if it’s advisable to get it done immediately after delivery or after a few months of running.
I have heard that there is a Belkin adapter on the way for wireless CarPlay. Will share details as soon as I have it

Absolutely stunning! Suits well on the black Tiguan. Can you tell us how much it costed you. I’m awaiting delivery of my car in Kings Red colour. Thinking on Ceramic vs. PPF. Also timing of doing it. Should do immediately or wait for couple of months.

@yogeshb18 & @urban legend - Ultimate Detailerz - Premium Plus Package – 3+ Years with upgrade to Cquartz finest reserve + PPF only the B pillars. Cost about 50 K. The guy had good reviews on one of the threads in Team BHP - Rustom, the main guy was a down to earth and went with him.

About the timing of getting it done - don't have a view - was clear it had to be done - got it done.

VW Tiguan sales seem to have seen a huge drop in March, down to 31 units, compared to 130 in February. And though the Hyundai Tucson sales have also dropped, down to 109 from 172, it's still three times higher. Not sure whether this is because of non-availability of vehicles because of the various on-going supply chain issues. Maybe good news for those waiting for a discount on Tiguan prices, I am hoping?
