Trust me, fuel efficiency of 12.8kmpl for 2.0TSI is actually very good and it won't be much better than this.
Thank you.

I guess you are right and I was being unfair as I am coming from a BMW Diesel which used to return 18-20 kmpl on similar runs to Himachal. I better get used to the 2.0 L petrol. I have prepared myself for 7-8 kmpl in the city.

Looks absolutely smashing in grey. Congrats!
Unfortunately no luck on early deliveries either for the Tiguan or the Kodiaq. The wait continues.

Thank you! Wishing you lots of luck for an early delivery. Keep at it and be in touch with the dealer as well as Skoda/VW.

Thank you! I am planning to get Ceramic Coating done this weekend. I will check for quotes from the well renowned detailers and then take a call.

~12 kmpl is very good. I did two long trips of 1000 kms and the best I could manage was 10.5 kmpl with XP95. City is usually around 7-8 kmpl for me in slow moving Bengaluru traffic.

Have extensively used in 2.0 TSI during highway runs. I trust reliance on these patches rather than any other OMC.

My experience has been very positive. Inside the city the car in on XP95 diet but with reliance petrol it feels equally smooth, such wasn't the case when i had to tank up normal petrol at BP for once. Engine felt little strained.

If reliance pump is available near to you then surely go ahead with it.

Re: 2022 Skoda Kodiaq Facelift Review | 2.0L Petrol DSG

Just wanted to check with Skoda owners - does the car need to go for a general checkup post 1k kms ? I had to send my Taigun for a general checkup after 1k kms so I thought it would be the same for the Kodiaq as well. I called up the dealer and he said that is not the case with Skoda cars and the car needs to be sent directly after 1 yr or 15k kms.

Can anyone confirm this.

Should be the same, but please check the owner's manual for full clarity.

Quick question - has anyone changed the color of their booking? Thinking of moving from Blue to White, after seeing both of them in person

You will probably move to the bottom of the White list. Depending on where you are on the Blue list, this may or may not be a good thing. That said, worth checking with the dealer first.

That is correct. Somehow its inconsistent even between Tiguan and Kodiaq. While Tiguan is called for 1k check up, Kodiaq directly at 15k mark. I prefer the later anyway

Yes, that’s true about the Tiguan, have been asked to get it for a 7.5 k check up as well! Surprising to have such varied schedules for a car with the same underpinnings and engine.

Spoke to the dealer, Skoda is allowing color changes if the car is not near delivery date. No impact on position in the queue

Great to know.

My area has plenty of Reliance pumps on highways & XP 95 pump in front of my house.

I prefer to fill up other cars too from Reliance - never had an issue.

Re: 2022 Skoda Kodiaq Facelift Review | 2.0L Petrol DSG

Hello folks, someone in my circle is planning to do a remap on Kodiaq 2.0 TSI and I wanted to know what options do we have, which are the reliable tuners we can trust for the 2.0TSI. Since the car is based in Raipur, so do we have to drive all the way to the tuner's place or it can be done remotely?

Thanks in advance
