Great. Many congratulations.

I am also on the way.

Somehow managed the PDI, shall get delivery in 10 days. Dealership gave me some jolts of Deallocation mail, after giving them revert jolts, things became smooth. Funny thing is Deallocation mail came with starting heading "Greetings of the day"

But sales manager was honest enough to cooperate to his fullest.

Got the VIN too.

Coming back to the previously discussed subject in this thread of PPF/Ceramic coating (my first time), am seeing a few service providers online but finding it difficult to gauge workmanship quality or reliability. Will appreciate PMs or posts with any specific leads or some first hand feedback on reliable installers/ workshops in Mumbai. Would getting this done by the dealer be any safer? Thanks in advance.
Can't PM you as you are new. Ceramic coating offers a great shine but protection from swirls etc is minimal and extra care is required in terms of maintenance. If you are willing to spend on it and if you have booked a darker colour, I'd suggest PPF. If you don't want to spend on full body PPF, I'd suggest reading the threads on car detailing and paint maintenance here.

I rely on Glosswerkz in Bombay for my detailing needs. They offer original Xpel PPF (the very best). Attention to detail and customer service is excellent. Our 3 year old Kodiaq in Lava Blue is in good shape thanks to them, even though we don't have full body PPF.

Sharing latest fuel economy figures from my father in law’s Kodiaq.

These are the best figures ever achieved till now. Usually, the car averages 9-10kmpl on highways and a poor 6-7kmpl in city traffic.

With the protective wrapping and the wheel covers it looks a bit like the cullinan

Re: 2022 Skoda Kodiaq Facelift Review | 2.0L Petrol DSG

Anyone using fuel from Nayara pumps recently? Though 95 octane isn't available with them yet, want to know experience with 2.0 TSI if anybody is filling through.

They have popped up frequently in recent days.

Image attached for reference.

I have a stupid question to ask: where is the headlamp lever for Kodiaq? Can't seem to find any switch or anything in the menus

It should be auto levelling , in which case there will not be a button to manually override.

I do want to manually adjust - if there is a way, please do share.

I drive on a highway with opposite side blasting high beams in my eyes, and Kodiaq is reducing the low beam range to minimum (rightly so) but that reduces my visibility. High beam for Kodiaq are an overkill and those powerful LED high beams are not usable on Indian roads - will cause accidents.

Re: 2022 Skoda Kodiaq Facelift Review | 2.0L Petrol DSG

95 Octane fuel or Regular ULP ?

This question has been discussed on this thread earlier as well,

I have been using regular ULP filled from good petrol pumps ever since I took delivery of my Kodiaq and it is working well for me, my service advisor also recommended the same.

What is the experience of others who are driving the new Kodiaq ?

Cheers,
Sid

For me the dealership experience at EVM motors, kochi had been quite good so far. Sales executive was very professional and friendly and spend a lot of time explaining different aspects like accessories, insurance, registration etc.

Way different from the experience that I had at skoda dealerships in Bangalore, which had mostly been like 'you take it or leave it'

Things are pretty cool now. Sales manager Mr. Sandeep is a gem of a guy. Hope he stays the same after delivery too.

Planning to take delivery with permanent registration plate, so it's shifted forward to 2 more weeks
