Great to hear that. Congratulations in advance.
I had got offers from other dealer for a ready delivery L&K White, but I am waiting for Grey. My dealer has not yet commented on delivery(booking on launch day)

What was your booking date?

Hi Jangra, congrats on the car once again!

Just wanted to poke your brain on that comment because I have never lived with a car with Alcantara seats. Are they much harder to maintain than regular leather seats? Given they are black in colour I would have thought that they would "hide" the dirt and grime better than the beige leather seats on the L&K.

Thanks. Yes. Have seen a few videos and I like it so far - or after seeing too much videos, I am quite used to this colour . Hope to see one in real soon..

Thanks man

re: the Alcantara
1) Its absorbent unlike the leather- Drinking water, coffee, ketchup with that fries on a long drive is normal. In case of spillage, it will leave a stain which wont just wipe off. Unlike the leather where if you wipe in time, you wont know if it ever happened. Ever owned a suede shoes? You know what I'm talking about
2) beach sand, bread/biscuit crumbs are harder to vacuum with portable vacuum cleaner, impossible to clean with microfiber cloth, while it take couple min on the leather seats
3) Alcantara is a lint magnet which is harder to get rid off. No such issues in leather seats

I have used alcantara on my phone case, surface laptop, shoes and even though they are durable, they get mighty dirty if not maintained.

Re: 2022 Skoda Kodiaq Facelift Review | 2.0L Petrol DSG

Question to those who have taken delivery or made full payment - Did you make payment to Skoda directly or the dealer?

Thanks

Dealership. I guess that's how it is always. Isn't it?

Thanks for the reply. In recent times, Merc and perhaps few others have started taking the car value directly in their account. That's why I asked what's Skoda doing.

Re: 2022 Skoda Kodiaq Facelift Review | 2.0L Petrol DSG

Finally took delivery of Blue L &K TSI. It's a gem of a car and brought a big smile to my face even during a small 40 mins drive. I opted out of the accessories kit (took only mud-flaps) + and used 50% ncb from the previous car. Used multiple credit cards to complete yearly requirements for the fee waivers. Overall heart + mind both are happy.

A big thanks to all the TBHP members who helped directly or indirectly.

Attaching few snaps

Congratulations! Wish you a million happy miles! Lava Blue looks awesome.

My dealer in BLR said the car will reach next week and will be delivered. Can’t wait

Re: 2022 Skoda Kodiaq Facelift Review | 2.0L Petrol DSG

Thank you for the wishes. On other note I got few nets along with car. Don't know the exact place for fitment. Any suggestions?

Re: 2022 Skoda Kodiaq Facelift Review | 2.0L Petrol DSG

Completed one month of White L&K booking.

No response from dealer.

I fear Russia - Ukraine conflict must not further delay the already delayed deliveries.

Questions to lucky early owners:

1. Is there any EPC / fuel pump issues with Kodiaq? As transmission & engine is same with Octavia & Superb, it's unlikely, but still want to confirm.

2. Any issue in using regular octane 91 fuel?
