Black out all the chrome bits, add a black boot lip spoiler, blackened roof, and blackened ORVMs would make it more sporty than the red colour I believe. Add a set of Glossy black alloys, then we are set to go sporty. Somehow I loved the rear styling more in this blue colour. Waiting to see how Kerala market responds with modifications, based on past experiences it would be a treat to watch.

The silk blue from the Vento/Jetta or the Slavia would have looked much better on the Virtus, instead of this electric blue.

These alloys are different! Firstly they're not black and secondly they look bigger than 16" to me.

Black alloys with red callipers are specific to the GT variant. The normal 1L TSI(one in the pics) variants gets 16" diamond cut alloys.

I thought it's a GT as it had blacked out ORVM's and a spoiler. But then I checked again and saw it doesn't have any GT badging. But then again only GT line was supposed to have these. So can't make out what version it is exactly.

Got a call from Volkswagen showroom to check out the car in person. Checked both Virtus and Slavia back to back. IMHO Virtus has upper hand in term and outer looks as well as interiors. As I had booked both Slavia and Virtus, finally confirmed Virtus 1.5 DSG. Expected delivery in mid June.

Honestly speaking, the thick black portion of the front bumper along with the excess use of chrome both at the front and back is a put off. I'm a fan of the Jetta and the Polo design. The bumper makes it look like a gaudy aftermarket fitment.

The Slavia wins the looks. The Virtus, ruined by the front bumper and the chrome. Were they trying to imitate Kia?
