Congratulations!!

Can you share details of what the discounts are like for S and G variants? Any waiting period or these are now off the shelf?

Thanks mate.

Most of the dealers have ready inventory now. There was no scheme from the Toyota's end last month but I managed to squeeze 30K plus extended warranty worth 23k from the dealer. Apart from that I managed to get Insurance with similar benefits at 33k cheaper from outside. So all in all with registration tax benefit I managed to get the G Variant at almost 275k less from the original sticker price.

Re: Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder Review

Has anyone replaced the stock tyres on their Hyryder? Mine has run 43,xxx km, and just 4 mm tread is left. Had gone for WA and WB today, and the alignment technician suggested replacing all tyres. Planning to replace with Apollo Apterra Cross again.

Also, I have always faced the issue of tyre shops not having WA values for the Hyryder. Always have to choose the values of its brother Grand Vitara. :-)

Toyota is seriously losing its reputation due to this JV with the lord but at the same time its all about market share and business.

To me your issue seems to do something with the display interface. Assuming no after market work is done with your Head Unit this can be due to contact issue between the screen and head unit that can be repaired or change as per warranty.

No aftermarket accessories in my car. Toyota replaced the entire display unit under warranty.

Re: Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder Review

Hi All,

I came to know from my local dealership 36 Toyota in Faridabad that S Hybrid now comes with 6 Airbags and Ex Showroom Price of this car is 16,66000
Dealer informed that there is 25% rebate in Road tax in Haryana.
Please confirm if anyone knows about this change in S Hybrid.

For me the only reason for opting for this variant is that it comes without Sunroof. The S variant has far better rear headroom. The only thing missing is roof rails and rear washer/wiper. Alloys can be fitted later. The best thing is there is no Sunroof which seems to be the major issue with all Hyryder models as the curtain below the sunroof is translucent to a greater degree.

Now S variant is being offered with 6 airbags. However the difference in Road taxes between Uttar Pradesh and Haryana seems to be an issue. Any news about Haryana offering 100% Road tax rebate in near future?

Toyota had updated Hyryder some time back and all variants come with 6 airbags now. No idea about the road tax rebate though.
