Re: Toyota Innova Hycross Review

Is the Hycross BS6 Phase 2 compliant?

I would really appreciate if any of the members in this forum who have taken delivery of their vehicle in the past couple of weeks can let me know if their Hycross was registered as BS6 Phase 2 (it should say that on their registration).

Your responses would really help.

Thanks in advance

Yes, HyCross is BS6.2 compliant. Every car being sold in India today has to be BS6.2, that is the law of the land.

Old stock BS6 can still be sold. The vehicles manufactured post April 2023 must be BS6.2.

Re: Toyota Innova Hycross Review

Update after 4300 kms:
1.I changed the mid settings to show trip average at the end and always getting above 16,17 kmpl.
2.Front seats and third row seats are comfortable but not as comfortable as crysta,3rd row seats are placed very much lower to the floor.
3.Average has actually increased over time and i am getting good to satisfactory average now, much better than earlier.

Use the seat levers on the seat backs to recline the 3rd row seats all the way back to the trunk and the seat will rise up a bit from the floor.

Other than paying a premium of 3 lakh to a used car dealer. There are not many other ways.

Re: Toyota Innova Hycross Review

Just noticed chilled water dripping from the right rear end. Has to be condensation on some cold exposed part because of extreme humidity here in noida but this is unusual. Has anyone also noticed it?

Yes on mine also. I thought it is the water from the ac and normal. Would be interested to know if this is not normal

The Innova Crysta also pees from the same spot. So I guess it would be the AC thingy only.

This is condensation from the rear evaporator coil. 100% normal. It’s the same with just about every car with a dedicated rear AC.

Re: Toyota Innova Hycross Review

Has anyone installed official welcome door lamp?
I wanted to get this but want to know if they come for all 4 four doors or just two?
And how is the actual quality and illumination?
