Yes. This is possible. At the end you would have to meet the exact Part A amount. The portal is not intelligent enough to tell you that you that you have paid X amount and Y is the balance when you do multiple transactions, so you would have to do your math! Also, You need to keep all your transaction IDs/Unique Reference numbers saved for cross verification.

You could also do a NEFT/RTGS/IMPS - They would create a virtual bank account for your order in particular and you could transfer funds to the same.

I’m really confused—can you guys suggest what would be the best choice?
The decision between XUV 700 & Innova is about features vs practicality. It's something that you have to decide based on your specific use case. XUV 700 will give you all the features but it's simply not as practical as Innova. 3rd row space in Innova is one of the best and you get usable boot space too.

If you can compromise on ADAS and are ok with captain seats then I would recommend Invicto Alpha+. Or just choose between the VX variants.

It can be retrofitted easily. Plug and play unit is available and it works flawlessly.

Last week took delivery of VX in BAGF color. Found set of plugs in glove compartment. See attached picture.

This video tells how the holes in underbody should be sealed with these plugs.

Even if it's plug and play, a car like Innova requires significant investment. I don't think many including myself would be keen on aftermarket solutions for something like cruise control. Toyota should add it to GXO variant to pull some customers away from hybrid variants.

Re: Toyota Innova Hycross Review

So after months of holding my bookings with Toyota, I finally grew tired and brought down the curtains on the whole chapter.
I have cancelled my booking of the Hycross ZX(O).

My journey with Toyota began with the Qualis, went onto invest in a Corolla and then an Altis. Each of those cars has been a true trusted companion giving years of joy.

Sadly with the poor dealer experience, Toyota adding insult to injury by not responding to any escalations and offering no price protection to people like us who booked months ago but haven't yet got the car, I have decided to put an end to this nonsense.

If Toyota cannot respect their customers and the decades old loyalty, then they don't deserve even a paisa of mine.

I fully empathise. You're buying it for the Toyota product's quality. The dealer is just an unfortunate eventuality you have to tolerate during the process.

Re: Toyota Innova Hycross Review

9-Month Ownership Review of the Toyota Hycross

Coming from a Hyundai Tucson and a Toyota Fortuner, I was looking for a reliable, automatic 7-seater for my family. After several initial reviews and after reading our forums, I opted for the Toyota Hycross ZX(0). After a waiting of around 6 months took the delivery. Here's my experience after 9 months of ownership.

Toyota Innova Hycross Review-img_9384.jpeg

Pros:
1. Silent Drive: The cabin is super silent compared to my Fortuner.

2. Comfortable Seats: Ideal and comfortable for long trips.

Cons:
1. Poor Headlights: The stock headlights as every other Hycross owners complaints weren’t bright enough, night driving was a challenge , especially when facing oncoming traffic with high beams.

2. Music System: Wasn’t impressed with the sound quality especially for the rear passengers

3. Side Steps: side step was also a must as my mother was finding it difficult to get in and out of the car comfortably.

Upgrades and Modifications:

1. Side Step:
As my mother was having difficulty getting in and out of the vehicle, a side step was an essential upgrade. I searched online and visited the dealer, but the best I thought was an auto-folding side step. I called Vineet from Poona motors to finalize the installation. I couldn’t go personally, so I sent my driver for the installation, and it turned out great!

2. Headlight Upgrade:
The stock headlights were very low, especially in low visibility conditions. I found many others on our forum had similar complaints. After considering various options, I discovered Retrofit Octa-Q headlights on Instagram. While the Retrofit team in Bangalore could do the upgrade, they didn’t offer a local service. Fortunately, Vineet from Poona Motors was able to arrange the Octa-Q lights for me. For the fog lamps, Azoom Tri-Colour was suggested, which proved to be a practical choice.

The upgrade was coupler-to-coupler , meaning no wire cutting was needed. The difference in lighting performance was massive and the matrix startup was also a bit different . The night driving safety and visibility has improved many folds.

3. Audio System Upgrade:
The stock music system was very average especially in terms of bass and clarity. The rear coaxial speakers weren’t doing much either. I even had a post on our forum seeking advice. Then I reached out to my friend Chirag_Bir , a Team-BHP member, who recommended Ramiee, a highly reputed installer.

After discussing my requirements with Ramiee, we decided on a 10-channel active setup and a sub woofer with the stock head unit. The mods included:
* Front Speakers: ESB Audio 3000 Series 3.6K3 3-way Kit Active Set
* Rear Speakers: ESB Audio 2000 Series 2.6K 2-way Components
* DSP: Onkyo X-MD20 10-channel DSP/AMP (HiRes)
* Amplifiers: Hammertech ECA475 Class-D 4-channel
* Amplifier:Hammertech LCA650.1 Class-D MonoBlock
* Subwoofer: Sundown Audio LCS10v2
* Soundproofing: Standard Group Noise Control
* Sound Damping

I dropped the vehicle off in Mumbai, and the whole installation took about 7 days to complete. The finished setup was night and day compared to the original stock system. The sound quality was more than what I had expected, with clear highs and deep bass — exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to Sreeji nair and Chirag_bir for suggesting me and @Ramiee for carrying out a fabulous job.

Final Thoughts:

The upgrades have really changed my driving experience. The side steps though costlier made getting in and out of the vehicle much easier and the auto folding also looked classy . The headlight upgrade has improved visibility during nighttime driving, and the audio system upgrade has given me the sound quality I always wanted. While the Hycross is already a great family vehicle, these upgrades have made it even more better overall.

Tried to post some videos but couldn’t do it. Please let me know how it can be done.

Re: Toyota Innova Hycross Review

Dear Hycross owners - posting a query on behalf of my friend who recently acquired a Hycross GX (O) 7S and is facing this problem. As soon as he starts the ignition, the audio prompts "communication module failure" and advises to contact dealer if this persists. This could be due to poor network. Once he starts driving, it stops after some time. This has been happening for the past five days. The car has been sent to Nandi Toyota (Whitefield, Bangalore), but they too seem to be clueless and are seeking help from TKM to address the issue.

Anyone faced such an issue? Any guidance will be greatly appreciated...

The popular hack seems to be to just disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for 30 minutes and reconnect it. That apparently does the trick. Good luck.
