The service centre did mention this was all 2025 Hyrcoss, but my doubts would be with a specific batch of cars or maybe just the few found in particular if the problem is not being replicated in your cars. However, the service centre have said this has been tested among multiple 2025 model cars.

To also point out, the pull is evident during hard acceleration from slow speeds.

We will call them again to get an update from any other cars and from TKM.

Were they able to zero in on this sound? I have been trying to explain the same when I go for service. Astonishingly, it is perfect then and there is no sound. However, it comes on and off.

I have the bronze and it is pretty easy to maintain. Dust and scratches are less visible. Regarding the heat, honesty, feel there must be a marginal difference. Chose this colour as this was one of the old ones on the Crysta.

Re: Toyota Innova Hycross Review

Booked my Hycross GXO 7S today. And the booking experience was especially smooth at Grand Toyota, Meerut. Perhaps because, again, the owner is a friend maybe. I inquired about online booking, so I could keep tracking my vehicle, and they assured me the same tracking would be available on bta.qristix.com, while booking through the dealership also. In fact if we book online, it takes a extra 7~10 days, as the booking is first forwarded to the dealer, who finally puts you in the queue, after confirmation of the payment. Here everything took less than a hour. Rs. 50,000/- was the booking amount. Paid by Google Pay. A OTP came directly from Toyota on my phone for the booking to proceed. And immediately thereafter I got the Booking Confirmation Number and email with the Booking Form in pdf directly from Toyota backend. They assured me delivery within 6 months or sooner. So by Diwali probably. As I was leaving to be with my kids in Dublin for the summer anyways, so that was not a issue.

Road tax got increased by 1% to 11% yesterday in UP, so had to suffer a loss of nearly 20k because of that. Total landed cost on-road comes to Rs. 24,51,880/- including everything, for now. Fingers crossed for any price increases in the future.

One Bronze colour VX got unloaded yesterday, so I could capture some photos. The interiors would be nearly similar to my GXO, except perhaps a larger 10" stereo and some minor omissions and additions. This one gets a 8 incher and larger 17" wheels. Some photos -

Is it just me or does anyone else think that super white looks better than pearl white?
Even though I own pearl white, every time I see Hycross in super white, I think, man, it has a presence, you can’t just miss it.
Today I saw a brand new super white Hycross with new HEV badging and it looks good, The new badge suits the Hycross well.

I certainly echo that thought with you. Our Hycross is super white as well and it does look good. There is something about it with those polished rims on the ZXO hat just works. It is our first ever vehicle in white and while everyone was skeptical initially, everyone in the family unanimously loves it now.

Re: Toyota Innova Hycross Review

For any GX/GXO owners looking for the Boot Tray which is missing by default on our model and is available on VX onwards, this is the part # and the unit price is 7,295/= + 28% GST, so approx. 9400/- and not 14~15k as usually quoted by the accessories department -

Toyota Innova Hycross Review-20250423_125810.jpg

It is costly because it is a well made part, load bearing with plastic body and not the flimsy cardboard types that are available in the after market for 2~3k.

Also I was surprised to see the missing Fog Lamps and a smaller 8" screen on the much costlier VX trim, which costs nearly 3~4 lacs extra, while being present on the GXO 7S. Surprising strategy from Toyota.

I really liked both the white colours too, but with that becoming more and more associated with the Taxi market, with the popularity of this car in commercial sector increasing, decided to stick with the other light colours. I really wanted the Silver as I had that on my Fortuner, but the silver tint they have given to the Hycross is much darker and towards Grey unlike the bright Silver on my 2010 Fortuner. So the Avant Garde Bronze, it was!

PS - Does any member have any idea as to when your booking starts reflecting on the bta.qristix.com website?

Cheers...

That is because the GXO is the top version of the petrol range, whereas the VX is the starting model of the hybrid range. The VXO is the equivalent of the GXO, with the 10" screen along with panoramic sunroof and of course, the hybrid powertrain.

For all the hycross owners please share your views.
Which accessories would you recommend to any new hycross owner?

The ones that are absolutely needed vs. the ones that are optional and how they really add value.
For example everyone installs the foot step but is it needed in hycross and how comfortable do elderly find keeping feet on such a narrow space to get into the car?

I thought that only happened with my car. Its constant at low, bumper to bumper traffic speeds. Sent the car to the service center twice, once with the driver and then the second time i went too, but surprisingly there is no sound then. The SVC guy was like maybe some stone was stuck. We even loaded the car on the ramp and looked under it but couldnt pinpoint at anything. Dont know how to rectify it or what to do about it.

Right now, I too am getting the same page. Perhaps when Toyota HQ really takes up production of your car, this will start showing. And that too only if the dealer has updated your number on their portal and not his own for booking tracking.

Thank you for the response! I also have gone with the Tata AIG Saphire++ option as it was way cheaper than the one quoted by Toyota.

As faras I can tell, this site is only for North India, specifically, JK, PB, HR, DL, UP and RJ. Also the updates are sent by dealers once or twice every month - this site is not real time. So your update will show up when both the conditions above are met.

We got out our Hycross GXO recently, I got below accessories.
* DashCam both front and rear. 70 Mai
* Floor mats. We got Toyota mats as part of the accessories list, they look good but are not worth it and don’t cover the floor completely.
Got the GFX carpets, they are much better.
* Rear guard, hopefully by next week
* Learher Key cover

Me too. I think Pearl white is thought to be better only because of the extra cost added to it rather than any actual reason.
