Can someone suggest me the good enough insurance premium for this variant ?

Thanks
Congratulations. The insurance quotes should range between 42-59K, the higher amount applicable to ICICI Lombard who are typically more expensive, but, provide better service as well.
Question: Has the status of your booking changed from Booked > Allocated?
Please so share pics as and when you get the vehicle.

Thanks for the wishes and for insurance info. This will help me while getting the car invoiced.

No, online status still shows ‘Booked’.

For TATA AIG 3yr TP + 1yr Zero Dep insurance was about 44K (inclusive of GST) while a 3+3yr was 69K (inclusive of GST).

I asked my known dealer and he crosschecked and confirmed that PCD for both Thar and Roxx is same. Please recheck your source and confirm so we can either have a new thread for Roxx tyres or edit the current Thar one to reflect suitability with Roxx

Re: Mahindra Thar Roxx Review

Here are the details I had collated:

For Thar 3D: https://www.wheel-size.com/size/mahindra/thar/2023/ and https://tirewheelguide.com/sizes/mahindra/thar/2022/
Also checked with my tyre dealer who confirmed same.

For Thar Roxx: I asked the M&M SC folk and they said its different from Thar 3D and same as Scorpio N. Am I or they 100% sure? don't know as M&M has not published this anywhere yet.

I was checking on this to replace my wheels on my XUV to those from the Thar 3D or Roxx. But they said that was not possible (3D) due to different PCD. XUV's PCD is 5x139.7 (5x5.5), so Thar Roxx's 18" wheels might fit?

And for ref, PCD for Scorpio N and XUV 7OO is 5x139.7 (5x5.5). I'm kind of inclined to believe that Roxx would have a similar PCD!
https://www.wheel-size.com/size/mahi...z101-2022-now/
https://www.wheel-size.com/size/mahindra/xuv700/2023/

So, if a trusted tyre dealer can verify and update, that would be great. M&M service has not been of much help here.

Re: Mahindra Thar Roxx Review

Got a call from dealer about availability of same color same model. Took it. Nebula blue AX7L AT 4x4 . Pdi has similar issues with seat little dirty. Good news the loading tray price has been decreased to 9k from 14k. 3rd party plus insurance around 65k. The experience was pretty smooth. One visit and everything was sorted and on time . Getting delivery tomorrow

I had changed my alloys and I was told the same; that the 3D and 5D Thar have the same PCD

cross posting my thread from three years ago.
Man these chaps simply will not learn will they? I mean I specifically called them out as being SHADY three years ago, and my Service Experience with them has been horrendous. Mahindra wont learn at all, they will continue with such dealers till kingdom come. However i guess when you sell cars like paani puri, in the Delhi NCR region even the OEM is beholden to you. The only reason i can think why they are so arrogant is because they have a booming DSA business, coupled with an insurance brokerage. Google the interviews of the owner of this dealership and you'll quickly realise that the retail customer is small fry for them.

Black steelies look good, but not those awful black bars on the sides!

Yes opted for this. Let's see how stringent the cleaning routine will be.

The bars don't look good. I added just the bottom cladding that's still ok and works for protection.

Mind sharing where you have been servicing the past 3 years if not Koncept?
The after-sales experience is the only thing that worries me about my first Mahindra, going through the reviews it seems HR/UP workshops are worse off.

Re: Mahindra Thar Roxx Review

So mixed reviews about Koncept. Would love to hear from Delhi residents too. There is a workshop in Okhla by the name of Shiva Autocar.
