The booking portal does not show any OTF or order state updates as was shown when XUV700 bookings started online.

I got OTF after contacting bookingsupport email as well as Mahindra's X.com account when my booking disappeared.

Mine is AX7L RWD AT in white. The support team gave me OTF25L0xxxxx and I also have no clue what this means.

It is close of business hours and SA don't have a clue on delivery timelines and no update from Mahindra. I will be purchasing via company lease, so it will take at least 7-10 working days after I do PDI and give a green signal to initiate purchase order. With the current trends where people are paying premium to get Thar Roxx as early as possible, I will have to build a good rapport with SA, otherwise most likely he will allocate the car to someone else who is willing to buy inflated insurance and all accessories from dealership.

You should have received this from your chosen dealer, if you don't have it, suggest you please reach out to the dealer and ask for it.

You can get it by calling them 1-800-209-6006.
I booked in 10 minutes and the OTF is OTF25F000***.
Customer care told me that 25 is just a number.

Mine is "The estimated delivery period of your SUV is from 24-05-2025 to 23-06-2025. " I wouldn't say disappointed, nor happy I was expecting Feb'25 as it was Zero minute booking. But May'25-Jun'25. Since this was Heart over Heads choice hence gives me more time to contemplate, save Vit-M for Alloys and all other mods which I will plan over the course of time

I just received this update, the surprising part is, first booking was done on 3rd Oct and 2nd booking was done on 18th Oct. Yet the delivery timeline is same for both.

I booked a AX5L Diesel AT 4x4 Brown interiors in Battleship Grey and White

B-999xxxx, booked AX7L 4X4 Red with Mocha interiors, within first minute. Mail says 8 Apr-8 May 2025.

Disappointed but not in a hurry. Hope they don't raise prices till then!
