Does the PuntoE+ spare wheel come with alloy as well or is it just a steel wheel?

Spare Wheel is not an alloy wheel.

The spare wheel in Fiat Punto 1.3 MJD E+ is just a black colored steel wheel.

IIRC, the only car from the Fiat stable that comes with 5 alloy wheels is Fiat Linea T-Jet.

There shouldnt be any significant charge.
If i remember correctly i was charged for Wheel balancing and underbody coating i had asked for and a pickup/drop off service
Chances are charges for wheel balancing. That is an arguable point as the coupon doesnt clearly mention that is a f-o-c.
If weights needed they would be charged in any case.
Hope that helps

What is this underbody coating about? Do you mean the Anti-rust treatment or something else?

I think it is anti rust under body coating and paint protection. I have done both. The car will get more shining after 3M paint protection.

In my case the dealer has done both paint protection and antirust(3M). They told me that for paint protection the people from 3M will do it in morning on delivery day.
3M Paint Protection with 1 year Warranty : Rs. 3500
3M Anti Corrosion treatment(underbody protection) with 5 year Warranty : Rs. 3250.

I think it will be better to done it directly with the company(3M) since the dealer(TATA) may be charging more.

Test drove the 1.2 fire Punto yesterday.

I had very low expectations of the car being very underpowered, but I was really surprised with the driveability of the 1.2 litre engine. The test drive was abused to the core, but still came out with a positive that the car is not too bad with respect to driveability in city. For the city drives this is more than sufficient. The emotion 1.2 at 5.57 lacs Bangalore OTR seems very good value.

However on the highway, the call for additional power is very clear.

I think the 1.2 Emotion is very good VFM. You get a very good car , lot of features for a good price. Regarding the highway, I think it is still quite good. I don't push mine too much but it reached 120 Km/ hr effortlessly and it still seemed to have lot of power left.
