You can get a set of 4 Eibach springs for 24k that you can use with the existing dampers. I am told that the height goes down by about an inch, but the ride gets 30% stiffer.

The low GC struts are about 18k, and the springs 1.4k (99rpm)

I would definitely not want to make it any more stiff than what Fiat has already given. I will check 99rpm rather.

Re: Fiat Linea T-Jet : Test Drive & Review

They seem to have 2 versions of shock absorbers, one is regular and another one is for high GC linea. But they have only one version of spring. Whats the deal ?

At least for Punto, the springs are same for pre-2012 model (low GC) and the high GC model. The shocks were softer and smaller (by almost 20 mm) in the low GC Punto.

I think you missed reading my post ( #3119).

The low GC springs have been discontinued and are no longer available with ANYONE. So chaps like us with a high GC suspension who want to go low can't do it unless you source used springs from a junked vehicle.

Did you check with 99rpm if the lowering shocks are available or not?

I have had a bad experience with 99rpm, so did not check with them. Checked with 3 FASS, 2 Fiat spare parts stockist, and a couple of used car dealers who keep Fiat parts. Friends living in other cities have also enquired but with no luck.

Have you checked Boodmo ?
https://boodmo.com/

They sell spare parts for many cars including Fiat. I am not an expert in recognizing parts. Please see and let me know if the required springs and other parts for low GC suspension seems to be available there.

I haven't personally checked boodmo or 99rpm, but a few friends have enquired and haven't had any luck.

The part number you require is 59064320/51814574.

Good luck if you can find it, and please let us know if you do.

99rpm has them in Stock. Better to order from there.

Bro I just shared a link showing that pre-2012 shocks are available at 99rpm. For linea you can search it. I don't have a linea!
Only point being if you want low GC shocks, it's available at 99rpm.

Thanks for trying to help, but the link you sent was for the Punto and not the Linea. Again I don't need the shocks (which are available), but the coil springs which are listed as (Discontinued/supply disruption/NLS).
