Now thats one eye candy!! * droooool * Wish you unlimited safe & happy miles with the Thar.
Good job with the mods too! I for sure won't want to face your car at night with your LED bar in action how much did that cost you if I may ask? Your's is the first car in India that I see the LED bar on I think. It isn't so common here yet. Works like magic on night trails.

6 halogens + 2 parking + the LED bar...please don't turn them on all at once when there's some fiber scooter in front of you...It may melt

thanks man..
Plus there is a 50" 300W LED bar on the way.. this time with 10W bulbs.. i'm pretty sure it will good for a day night test match as well.
But honestly would never dare to turn them on whilst driving on the highway. the guy in front of me would get a tan !!!!

I have the Thar for over a year now and I love it to bits.
Still looking for ways to raise the suspension without tweaking the torsion bars and stuff.

Still have a few more mods on the way.. JK & TJ parts etc etc..
will post up pics and the build progresses.

Have you considered Rigid led's? The E series is beyond description. One cannot stare at 100mts on just a E10. I got one for my thar last week.

Most of the times Thar is made to order after you book . but in case the dealer already has one in his stock he can offer you one readily .
IMHO I would suggest you to go for 2015 make only if you are buying in 2015 . difference is generally felt during resale .

Hi Vinay, I'm trying to source Bilstein shocks in the US. Can you please let me know the part number for the front and rear Bilstein B6 HD shocks for the Thar? Thanks!

Slalom, after combing through the various Thar related threads which suggest upgrading to Bilsteins, I still can't identify the specific part numbers. Can you please post the part numbers for the front and rear Bilstein B6 HD shocks that fit the Thar? Thanks!

Many thanks for the prompt responses Slalom and A_Nan. I should have clarified that (1) I am trying to source these Bilsteins in the States, and (2) I did come across one post mentioning those particular part numbers, but they don't seem to exist - I tried the Bilstein's US, German as well as Australian websites, but came up empty. In fact a search on Google for "Bilstein + F4.BE3.6548.MO" just throws up the post on another thread, the name of an export-import firm in Chennai, and a bunch of sketchy Indonesian websites!
