What I Like
Availability of most common accessories - I got my wheel caps, side mirrors, and cigarette lighter (electrical accessory socket) from them. They had steering wheels too, but the small sporty ones and not the normal kind.
What I Don't Like
It's a small open-front shop and that does not instill confidence until you've bought something from there earlier. The fitting is a quick-and-dirty kind by splicing existing wiring to fit the new electrical/electronic accessories despite having a connector provided. Long waiting time for either availability of technicians or for bringing goods from their storage area.
Pricing
They are cheaper than some other stores on the same street. When compared to Car Sonic, they charged me Rs.150/- less on a set of four wheel caps and I didn't even have to bargain.
