I visited Autocop Hyderabad earlier this week.

The Positive:

Their complaint handling procedure is quite smooth despite the festival season - I called up their office, they sent a field technician who asked me to come to their office, and their office diagnosed a problem with the power windows I had fitted and made a fix within 30 minutes.

The Negative:

The problem with their Hyderabad office is that the location is hard to find, they do not have a sign or anything on the building, and they do not have parking (even the car accessory shops have parking for one or two cars at a minimum). For purchases, you will be going to a dealer so there's no problem for a new fitting, but for repairs you will have to visit Autocop if it is something that the field technician cannot fix.

Pricing:

They are very reasonably. I had the power window controller fixed for Rs.1,250/-. If I didn't opt for the field service, I would have probably paid Rs.1,000/- but I'm not entirely sure (they charge Rs.250/- for a field visit).
