Hello, can you reconnect me to him. He has gone off the grid over the past couple of days and not available on his number or online. I wanted new plates and after some searching, stumbled upon the num for Orbiz. Called them, and paid the advance. Had asked for a little to decide between a couple of styles. I liked the Euro, but the font is too thin. Also wanted centre punching. They had initially said it is available in another font I selected, but later they said not available now. After a bit of trying for a font + centre punching and not finding the combination, I requested a cancellation. They did, and refunded the amount fully.

Apperciate the service, even though I ended up not taking the plates from them.

Do try Speedex, he will customise it to your needs. I ordered a set for Fiesta, very happy with the quality, service.

Speedex font was what I wanted, but the font turned out smaller @ 4.7 cm - and they are not doing centre punch now. On The Storme, this becomes small.

They did try to help me, but after a recent cop stop for my plates, I did not go ahead. If the plate was for a smaller car, I would have still taken it.

But if you are refering to Speedex guys in Chennai, let me check

A few months ago, Speedex is active on WhatsApp and will reply back within a day.

I am trying to decide between the standard RTO size for front ( 500 x 120 mm with 62mm fonts) vs a slimmer 520 x 90mm with 50mm height fonts.

Reason: the standard plate protrudes below the number-plate slot in the front bumper.

Quick update: Received the plates and frame yesterday. From payment to delivery within 5 days, at prices cheaper than what competitors are asking for.

Yet to install but no issues with the product or packaging to report.

just back from a visit to a local number plate shop, and found a couple things:

1. We can get plain black color for the numbers, instead of the blue color many use.
2. If the colors on your plates have faded, you can get the coloring done again, if your plates are not bent.

I saw a poster at a nearby auto accessory shop stating they are Orbiz HSRP partners. The guy says he can get hsrp for older vehicles through Orbiz in a day. Any idea if they are real? I am trying to get hsrp for my 2014 Verna, but not sure from where. Hyundai ASS say they can't get one for pre-2019 vehicles.

Google shows orbiz hsrp but the site doesn't seem to work and I am not able to find any working phone number to talk to them.

KA RTO is not yet issuing HSRP for older vehicles.

I got a good set of embossed plates from Cherian who is based in Chennai.

I know and I have a good set of embossed plates. But have a trip to KL coming up and wanted to be extra cautious by getting HSRP. The dealer here is claiming he can get them even for older cars from Orbiz. Will try to get a pic of the poster in his shop and see if there is any fine print.

Shared the poster in the HSRP thread (High security registration plates (HSRP) in India) for more visibility. This was at a different shop and even he was positive about getting the HSRP for older vehicles.
