What did I like

• Hospitality & Reception - I was greeted by Store Manager right at the entrance (a typical Kovai culture)
• Humble / Polite staffs - They hear first, understand the customer needs, suggest the best solution (explaining the technical difference across packages & cost)
• Skilled technicians - attention they pay at every corner
• Sufficient space (including parking)

What I don't like
I don't have much, except

• Small (or almost no) Customer lounge - Reception & customer lounge were combined and cramped.

What I bought from them

• Exterior - 3M Paint sealent Advanced
• Interior - Germkleen Plus

My car is 4 years old and this being the 1st professional detailing, one could understand the level of damage on the painted surface. Had sufficient swirl marks and few scratches here and there, paint stains and tar marks. On the interiors, the ivory portion in seat cover accumulated sufficient stains, dirty floor mats and dust under the seats and foot well area.

More than the exteriors, I'm very much satisfied with the interiors.


Looks brand new


Guys spent enough attention at every corner


Neat engine bay (after 2 years)


Scope for improvement

Left out wax


This is after the store manager pointed out to the team


Gear lever cover not fixed


Overall I'm satisfied with the workmanship, pricing and the final outcome.

Seriously. A simple mod, but warranted a 2nd look. At first glance, it looked like a KIA.

The fact that you mistook it for a Tigor is good enough for the owner of this Zest I guess. The money on the mod well spent I think

That's Zest indeed, belong to the store MD or manager I couldn't recollect.
It serves as a demo vehicle (one half is treated)
