In short, Emperor is pretty good but on an expensive side.
In March 2011 when I checked with Emperor, they did not have 3M films. They had brand called Kool Tint. No idea about this brand but I remember reading in the catalog which showed films with 99% IR rejection.

Thanks,
Jose.

Anytime buddy. Riyaz is the best person to get in touch with. Others show no interest.

Their work is very professional but their attitude really needs to change. I have had 4 cars done from here and still when you bring in your own purchases for installation there charges are sky high.

True to each word that you said. Even I did N number of mods from them but still they have this attitude problem. Riyaz is the best among the lot.

I went to emperor on saturday (26 May) to get ICE and alloys for my friend's Ertiga. Eventhough the cost is on higher side, their quality of work is excellent.

Which version of Ertiga your friend is having? and which ICE option did you go for? I am having a VDi and ICE does not have usual refinements. I am thinking of an upgrade but am not sure whether there are any ICE which would fit into the OE slot.

Re: ICE, Bodykits & Accessories : Emperor (Cochin)

Visited emperor today to ask about ice options for swift zdi. Riyaz is not there in the shop any more. Don't know where did he go, they didn't tell much (as expected).

As Naveen and many fellow bhpians posted, riyaz was the only one with good behavior I too agree with you guys. I had my indica iced from there when riyaz was there. He helped a lot, he was patient enough to answer your queries and clear your doubts. The guy and the two ladies there in the shop shows the typical 'we don't care about you' emperor attitude. Am having a second thought about for the coming ice installation.

Can any one please suggest some other good shop?

Re: ICE, Bodykits & Accessories : Emperor (Cochin)

Recently I visited Emperor for the first rime and there was this old gentleman (couldnt tell if he was a staff or the owner) who behaved in a very demeaning manner.
The prices were exorbitant too; Walked out and decided never to go there again.

Re: ICE, Bodykits & Accessories : Emperor (Cochin)

I had done Stanley seat covers for the Baleno 7 years back, from Emperor, at Palarivattom, near the Varkeys super-market en-route to Kaloor. Last week I happened to pass through that place and couldn't find it. Has it been shifted from there? Or was it not Emperor?

I wanted to redo a single seat alone of the Stanley. A patch-work would also do. Any idea how much that would cost?
