I owned a Fantabulous while in College , way back in 1964.It was a nice, smooth, stable bike. I was told that there was a reason for the name- Someone in the sales dept said that it was FANTASTIC. Some dealers I believe said FABULOUS. Both comments joined together-FANTABULOUS

These scooters were manufactured only in one shade combination. A bright blueish-green & ivory.

Some how I have missed this thread, anyway not too late. Here is a Fantabulous which was parked ever since I know my dads mechanic. We used to use it as a bench for sit and chat purpose.

The engine from this scooter was removed and fitted in a Crusader as both were sharing 175CC villiers engine. The only working part in the scooter is seat plate and few body parts. This scooter still having the original color scheme. The pictures are for your eyes:

Sad! I guess Karl could take it as a parts donor for his own fantabulus!

Excellent trammway- the scooter has everything in original but has been plundered. The scooter's body was solid. They have not even spared the dash (below the handlebar) and the speedo.
