Very beautiful! It must be immensely satisfying to know that that car is looking so good today because of... you!

Many congratulations!

She's just mesmerizing! Wonderful job Sir! And as you've mentioned, the weather has just been perfect for this photo-shoot and the colors, the angles.., just brilliant! If only these photos were taking when the W123 was being sold, Mercedes could have used them for theirs Ads Did you get a chance to make a Video? Please do share if you have one...

Wow! I am having trouble finding right words for the beauty. This is like timeless piece of artwork and one would want to just keep looking at it. I am just stunned to the core by the pics and can just admire at it for hours, days and months to come.

A big salute to you for making the car look like a GEM! Hats off!

Cheers!

What a beauty! You need to post a video of her being driven. Full HD nothing less

I have got his book. For anybody interested in W123 it is an absolute must have! There are many books out there (and I have most) on the W123 but I like this one the best!

That is just a treat to the eyes! Impeccable!
I have always been a W123 fan and I hope I'll be able to own one someday and restore it to it's glory, just like you did!

The photos are really great but this car deserves a photo shoot by a professional photographer! (No offence)

Re: '83 Mercedes 240D - My W123 Restoration Diary

Amazing thread, Sir !

The pictures are simply mesmerizing. They took me straight to those old Reader's Digest magazines at home and the ads they had. Nostalgia personified is what I would say.

Please shoot a video and post.

I posted this as well. Mark is the world's number one expert on the W123

A lot of W123s come up to him for restoration but what I saw today on my FB account was something quite interesting. Seems Late Smt. Indira Gandhi was also an admirer of the W123 and her personal W123 is up with Mark currently undergoing restoration.
