While I love quarter glasses, They might cause a minor leak when you fit the AC.

Eagerly awaiting further pics.
Gogi,

1. "Ratan Auto Glass Traders" were distributors in the earlier FIATFULL years for "LIGHT" branded Tinted glasses in different shades. I know for sure, that now they do not sell that brand anymore. However, you could take a chance, in case they have some really old Leftover stock or even inquire with them for sourcing them presently.
2. Also, "G. M. Gari" at Bombay Central used to stock, LIGHT, SAFEX and ATULTUF till the year 2000, as far as I remember because I had bought a Brand new green Tinted Fiat Glass set (with Cut Glasses) made by SAFEX for my LHD 1221 when I restored (Preserved) her at that time.
3. Lastly, you could try at "R. K. Auto Glass" in Santacruz, S.V.Road, before Milan Subway. I have heard that if you give them a sample they can make something very close to it and also print/etch whatever company brand name or logo that you require. Though, I have never had the need for it, I always had their name in mind for future requirements, as in your case.

And, regarding cut glass leakage problem during monsoons or reduction in AC effectiveness, I can assure you that this problem could be minimised by installing a cut glass rubber of good quality (not easily available today) and fitted professionally by a good and experienced door lockwallah.
I'm sure Karlos will agree. Su kech guruji??

Good Luck,
Anxiously looking forward to seeing BML 3143 with its Second Life and New Avatar.

I have news that my guy is back after Eid celebrations so im paying him a visit now and will post the details after that. I have told him to get the car ready as it is and when he finds the quarter glass of the same shade and make, we will make the alterations. Meanwhile ill be running the car in with the one piece glass.
Just finished the work on my GTi and she back to her fuel injected self..........
What bloody power. I was testing her on the road and gave an X-5 (V-6) a run for its money. The guy was so amazed he stopped me and asked me (do you have a blown engine in this). This car is sure faaaast!! Now to fix the brakes in the GTi.!!

Guys,.. Guys,.. the car is ready and standing in my Parking as of now. I didn't want to post pics as that would kill the suspense. I will wait for tomorrow morning when i take a few good pics and then will proceed to the Fiat Club Meet @ 5 gardens. you can see the car on that thread. As for me, i am quite pleased with the final product. When I post the pics complete inside out tomorrow evening i will expect some responses to the whole project. I know it has been a while but then these things do take a little more time than expected.
