Btw Gogi, I saw the gear shift and knob in the interior pics. Is that the original one?
Yup Dippy its original. This was continued in the W123 which followed. Its not common knowledge that many a part are swappable amongst the 114/5 and the W123.
Now where Dippy sir is going to drive my old car when he has had a taste of the Ferrari?? Kya?

Congrats on the latest addition V-16! She does look pretty clean. The interior has been redone, right?
Do keep us posted.

The Poonawalla family in Poona owns a gorgeous 115 limo, a very classy, understated yet stylish Ivory stretch job. Go on, experiment!

Thanks Karl the side panels are redone and not even to the original standards, so that'll have to be redone. Rest of the seats etc are in good condition and original.
I've seen the stretch you've posted. Like most of their cars the Poonawala family owns, this one is in pristine condition too. And if you were talking about me thinking of trying to stretch it then thats another ball game altogether. I think i know my limits and better still my body shop guys too. This would be a job for Dilip Chhabria, the stretch Guru. Im happy with its present status. N.B. Am following a W123 stertch tough.. lets see what happens!!

A beauty she is Mr. Gogi and in good hands too... Hmmm,,, how I wish it were in Black as in the Pic posted by Mr. Sen. Would be something to drool over. What color are you planning to drape this beauty in?

Someone's on a buying spree! Or is it a save the old cars campaign! Good stuff Gogs.

And I agree with Rudra, this car needs to be in black! Remember this:

Is this an original stretch from the factory or a locally done job?
