Pavan we are assembling at 11:00 AM Royal Orchid behind KGA and the Flag off is at 11:30. Andreas Prinz MD VW will be there to cut the ribbon and host our Bangalore Beetle Club Anniversary Celebrations.
Expecting about 13-16 Bugs...

Off late I have been running into these classics a lot and these pics are captured from my mobile in Koramangala 6th block. Both looked cute.

I was at the VW launch yesterday. I saw this beetle along with atleast 12 more Beetles in all their glory. It was nice meeting many T-bhpians like Naren, Raghavendra, IVI, byas, brat001 and others. There was also the much-awaited stretch Beetle belonging to brat001. Will post pictures by tomorrow.

Oh thats cool, and i missed this one then and i was going to a friend's place in the afternoon and found these beetles in Koramangala 6th block and i suppose after the meet there were back home

Hi These two cars belong to 2 brothers.

One is a latest model fully original White VW 1300 and the other is customised Stretch Limo Beetle.(one of its kind in Bangalore "Maybe in India")

That rally was surely a hit maybe with the awareness and newspaper coverage that it got. Surely these are classics and cute in their own right.

Vj-M, yes the rally was surely a hit, Yes media played their part for covering it in a great manner.

This coincided with our I year Anniversary also.

Pavan and Naren ! Great going dudes and i think now the tally of beetles is around 20 if i am not wrong here in Bangy. So just inquisitive about your group, which one is the oldest and the newest among your group , i mean the year in which it was manufactured?

Yes we are numbering 20 Beetles in the Club.

There are 2 VW's of 1962 in the club and the latest is 2004 VW New Beetle.
