Hey Santaji,
Nice to see pictures of your Bus. Seems to be in good shape. Please post pics of the interiors of your bus.

Also, some very nice Beetles there in Mumbai. Some interesting accessories on the white Beetle. Never seen them before. Also, what are those strips on the dicky (oops Bonnet) of the red beetle?

Hey, who organised this rally? I would have loved to be a part of this with my Golf GTi. Please let me know if there is any club which organizes this. Would love to take part the next time. which one of the beetles is yours? Am on the lookout for a beetle, variant and a Micro bus pre 68.
Great pics and cars by the way. Please post pics of your cars with interiors etc.

A pre 68(Split-Screen) MicroBus is VERY rare, we where looking for a pre-68, but coulde't find one, so we got a Bay-Window,
There are Four splits that i know of in goa, one is being restored, one has been converted to a camper, and two are in a garage, one of them is just a body, with no parts at all, and the second one is restored and i have heard that it is now for sale

I have heard about that one too. I also heard that there is one in Nasik, similar for sale. Would you have pics of the one in Goa and what is the condition. By any chance, is it for sale?
What is the restored Split's asking price?

And this particular White Beetle in question has the most number of aftermarket genuine VW Beetle accessories. The Wheel arch trims are a latest addition.

Those are fender skirts which were pretty popular accessories back in the day. The biggest name and the most desirable ones today were made by Foxcraft.

The ones on the white car are a somewhat different design, possibly by Aero.

Hi guys,

Bangalore Beetle Club congratulate you guys in Mumbai.

We understand how tedious it is to arrange this kind of a Rally.

Kudos to you guys and have lots of fun.

Kindly visit our site on Bangalore Beetle Club on Google groups.

We have shared few moments of our rally also on TBHP.

Would like to know all individual owners also.

You guys can write to us on bangalorebeetleclub.vw@gmail.com.

Awsome cars man,

kept so neat, the yellow one looks so cool.

guys cant have enough of these.

These cars somehow seem to grow on you day by day.

If i am not mistaken, did i see a HERBIE there in the lot.

Guys pls post pics of that guy man.

That's an awsome looking car.

HERBIE still rides.

I wish my wife had a rare hair dryer like that. On a serious note that has to be one of the rarest VW accessory that I have ever seen. Again one of my favorite bugs in Mumbai
