Here you go S@~+#o$# and rest all others who have been waiting

Nice to see S@~+#o$# making a quick visit, during the paint process.

I'll do less talking later and let you guys know the final process in painting, here are the pics.

1) Dupont Zitrus - Original paint shade for the Bus.
2) Masking the vehicle took us almost 6 hours, The bus was wiling away time reading the newspaper till then
3) Big bro giving some advice to the youngster, you can see the bus is all ears.
4) The final outcome
5) Both the Brothers meet after the procedure

Painting Procedure:

1) 3 coats of matte white.
2) Dull the white paint
3) Complete the masking process with a masking tape and papers.
4) Apply de-greaser with a tach cloth
5) Use the de-greaser cloth again
6) Mix 10 ml of pin-hole reducer to the paint along with hardner
7) Spray 3 coats of final yellow .
8) Remove the Masking
9) Allow it to dry overnight.

, Thank you all guys.

My next set of task on hand goes like this

1) Paint and fit the bumpers
2) Paint and fit the dashboard
3) Get the roof upholstered
4) Fit all the glasses
5) Fit all the fittings including electricals and the VW Monogram
6) Paint the Wheel rims
7) Detail the underbody and some places at the interior
8) Get the wiring harness fixed and connected.
9) Complete the door and body pads and upholster the seats.

All the fittings will be as stock as possible, Will post some pics later

So near, yet so far.

Still you wont know, it might come out sooner than that.

Anna, i've not been to Tirupathi since last 3 years.

May lord Balaji help me this time.

Now for some present updates,

The Tinker has dismantled the Dashboard and also the Bumpers, work started on them, they will be prepared the same way the body was painted. Neat and meticulous.
