Done!

Car is out after all the correction works. Steeroid came to the workshop, saw the car and took it for a short drive. Its running fine and so decided to send it for paint job.

Final checkups, greasing and washing stuffs will be completed in 2 days and the car will go for re-painting work this weekend once JayD is back from 'School'!

YES.. Land-1 is on its final stages of restoration saga!

Thanks Condor. It took really long time to set everything right.. but happy with the outcome.
Everything good now. We are continuing our efforts to make it another 'silent' & a crowd puller!

Drove it around - she is incredibly smooth. Butter smooth! Feels like a real petrol engined vehicle - my frame of reference was JayD's Landmaster which has a super-smooth engine and it surpasses that vehicle and my Fiat (also 1955).

Now we take it to Paul for the paint job and hopefully she will be out in a few months exactly as we had originally envisaged it (and with the right paint!).

What kind of painting is planned, is it complete strip and paint OR exteriors only with shade change?
