Arun decided to keep the car finally...very original 71 Delight. Arun1100 inspected it, and he was impressed. Arun is doing minor work on it in phases. You can expect this car to be a regular at your Club Meets. I've booked the passenger seat permanently!

S1 at its best. I could go in 135kmph continuously for sometime without much effort on the Mysore road.

A pic at 120kmph. After clicking this, I kept the camera aside and started ripping as my excitement to reach the top speed was building up.

We visited the Garage where Mr. Sherief gets his cars done. There are many beautiful antique and vintage cars. The Garage is owned by Mr. Kannan.

There we spotted three rare Fiats!!!!
1. Fiat 1100 R
2. Imported LHD Fiat 1100 D (From CA)
3. Fiat 124.
All these cars are owned by Mr. Kannan.

Mr. Kannan's knowledge about old cars is commendable. He has complete technical knowledge of Morris.

Will post the pics on monday.
Hey,

I did visited the garage on Saturday, but Mr. Kannan was not there, so could not get any photos or talk to him.

Bye the way the place is jampacked with all sort of vintage / classic cars of like Austin / Morris / Ford prefect and many more which I cannot figure out from the knowledge I have. It is also practically impossible to shoot cause of lack of space between cars and another for being distracted by so many cars. Also they have few bikes in the likes of Truimph, BSA and Rajdoot Bobby.

Hope next time when I go I am able to shoot.

Hey when are you doing up your Padmini? I think its not your taste, but still at least for the sake of nostalgia....

Because of some electrical problem, those lights were glowing. Now its corrected.

Saw this Padmini today. Looked like this Padmini was used in the background of a stage in a Birthday party.

Here are the pics of the cars. They are very dusty right now.
Fiat 124 is in immaculate condition.
Fiat 1100 R needs to be painted. So the cosmetics have been removed.
Fiat LHD Delight needs just a wash.

All the cars are owned by Mr. Kannan and are not for sale.

@Arun, thanks for uploading the pics. Those are some really good and rare Fiats. All the cosmetics like wheel caps and side pattis of all the cars are removed and kept safely.

Thanks to Mr. Sherief and Mr. Kannan for solving all the problems in Karthik's S1. Karthik is very satisfied with his S1 now.

Yeah Sujith.. Waiting to go on a long drive in the 124 this weekend.

Karthik, you now know where to go and whom to ask to solve any problem, in any of your cars.

Many many thanks to Shareif sir and Kannan sir. My car runs far better now. Mr. Kannan is very very knowledgeable and does everything in the correct way. I need to visit Mr. Kannan for a couple of other things to be fixed.

Yes, the 3 fiats that we all saw was simply superb. I loved the Fiat 124, the first one I have seen since many years.
