AP(P)U needs some work to be done at present, which Chanu said he was a bit tied up to do at present. Reg. the paint, I doubt if it were the original one- I suspect its the pink one underneath it, although I was told by Karl that the original pink that delights came in was a bit lighter than on this car, even though they did come in pink. So that could be an under/base coat as well?

Congrats FCCH. I wish you guys a Fiatful weekend.

Shyam: Even I thought APPU had original paint. Nevertheless, looks period and classic. But his blue Padmini is all original. May be you guys can display his Padmini as the stall alloted is huge.

Fcch @ Hias 2010

Last evening myself and Shiva reached HICC at 6.30pm with out Fiat 1100s.Unfortunatly nothing was ready at HICC,neither the stalls, infrastructure, lighting, furniture to take the cars into positions.
We left HICC at 2am after setting up the stall, standees, back drop and parking the Fiats.Shiva braved with me in staying awake and gave me steadfast support.
Today morning HIAS got inaugurated by the Chief Minister of A.P.
Narendra supported me today with his presence half a day and Suren was there for a brief period in the FCCH stall.Narendra helped to decorate the stall with some nice photos and captions that onlookers were cheering to.
IMHO the stall received a good response this morning with few media people covering the FCCH and an local yesteryear heroine walked into the FCCH stall and reminisiced her days with her Fiat !!!
3 more days to go and i hope Bala will also pitch in during Saturday and Sunday as we need volunteers in the FCCH stall.
Few pics of the FCCH Stall today after the inauguration.
Unfortunatly our stall had to moved from the main hall due to commercial aspects and we were given a place in a different part of the exihibition. That didnt dampen me as we still made our mark on the opening day and also since we got the stall free of cost,we couldnt make any fuss and thanks to the organisers for this gesture.
Few Team Bhpians walked into FCCH stall and recognised my Fiats.I was quite happy at this.

^^ Congratulations! The stall looks wonderful. How many days would this event be? Are only 2 allowed on the stall and would you guys be swapping the Fiats for coming days.

Thanks Arun,Sujith and Karthik.Unfortunatly we are being given only a small stall(as you can see) than can barely fit 2 Fiat 1100s.
Suren lent his Elegant for another stall.
The event goes on for another 3 days till Sunday.

This is just the beginning. FCCH has achieved enough barely 5 months after formation.

May be in future FCCH might book the whole HYD Convention Centre itself for an FCCH EXPO, dedicated for Fiats!! Everything is possible!

Amazing pictures! My eyes have cooled now. Nice display of those posters on the walls. This event brings great memories of Oktober fest that FCB participated. Good luck guys!

Thanks NVK for the pics. The idea of posting the pics of FCCH drives and meets is good. It will give the visitors an idea of what exactly a Fiat Club is..

A white Fiat in between Green and Red would have been even more stunning! Hope Ram finds a good Whitey soon.

Nice pics Narendra Sirji.

In future I wish a event is organised where Fiats of all Fiat Clubs in India are under one roof. Aah, its dream which we collectively have to work towards and fulfill.

A great initiative from Team-FCCH. Keep continuing this good work.
