Team-BHP - Need HELP with my 74 Buick Lesabre

I am getting my 74 Buick LeSabre 5.7L restored.

The mechanic needs a diagram for hooking up the vacuum lines without which the car wont move. Does anyone have the wiring diagram or a repair manual for these engines?

Also does anyone know where I can get a petrol tank fabricated in Mumbai, it is leaking from 4 points and apparently is beyond salvage.

I think I know this car isn't it the one sitting on huge stone/wood blocks. She is metalic gold green color was the most intact one I saw and is untouched for decades sitting on huge blocks typical setup for a car to put on blocks as per road tax dictum?

Wow great been seeing her like for the past 2 decades though owner was hanging on to her for sentimental value - the way she was kept - because of which i never walked in and asked. How did you come by you?

I am wondering why you are surprised at the poor response.
As I had told, you should try to locate this is America, or on the net. Here there are hardly any folks who know about this. It seems that the first mechanic who touched the car was a nice guy, quite knowledgeable to an extend but what he did not understand he simply removed. And that is where you are stuck.
Also, these cars of the 1970's came in few numbers, many went on to become private taxi's and then destroyed in the movies. So there is not much experience around to handle this.
You have to get the manual, try to get it on the net or from America, do not wasted time. And if Cannonball helps, nothing like it, but you must persue all avenues.
