Re: My Beetle Stage 1

The outer is what Mahindra That is using. Its a new and improved waterproof canvas. Not a drop came thru in the bombay rains. Also the inside felt material is what we all know as jacketing material or billiards table material. Simple and affordable and just the right mm for stitching.

Cheers

Can you please post photos of the headliner material used on the webasto roof of your Beetle? It looks very similar in style to the ones for Mercedes Pontons. Also, where did you get the headliner inner and outer fabric and canvas?

Both the car and the owner look like they are in great shape. I like the shade of blue on the car very much !

Something is not quite right with the headlights.
For the bumper, here is a suggestion. Photo taken from Pakheels.com.

Re: My Beetle Stage 1

Thanks. I have the new bumpers ready but not got a chance to sit and remove these. Just added the guards. The headlights are replaced with some modern alterations and fit perfectly on the fender without a nut or bolt or hammer to work with on them and serve me well during the drives at night.

While original Rossi Lights in stock ! will be exhibited during the next rally.

Cheers

Taking the cars for a spin and amazed at the traffic now in Bombay. Spotted a beautiful white Buick 1947 super couldn't snap it but these guys were at an amazing speed or hurry . Drove of towards dadar, mahim while I caught the sealink. Gujrat number non whitewall tyres. But really awesome condition.

Cheers
