Spotted this near a restaurant in Hyd

It is a Austin 7 Ruby, it would help if the pictures were more clear. Not very valuable but at the rate the vintage prices are soaring the car will not come cheap. Have quite a few of them in Bangalore, one probably the best in the country. Technically very ordinary compared to some of the other cars of its era

I do not think this is a Ruby but maybe an early Chummy!
Concerning this Austin 7 can anyone arrange for me to have a high resolution picture of this car and its history ideally from the time of importation?
