Sawar was a tiny state in Rajputana, the ruler held the title of Thakur and not Maharaja as described below, Afaik !

Hi Folks!, that is actually a 1933 Chevrolet (three windows on the bonnet sides.) a rare car today because GM was right in the middle of the great depression and struggling to sell cars. The wooden frame work in the bodies also meant many didn't have a long life in service.

I requested him to hold on till summer of 77 when I finish college & would be back. I will collect the car then for 5000 but his son had promised the car to his friend in Rajkot. So he came and took the car while I was still in Mumbai. What a loss!
