Yep the Grand old man of Fiat. 1919 , 10 hp. I thought it was more brown. I found a photo of him on team bhp fiat meet clicked in Aug 2007. He must be 80 now . Maybe the Fiat guys will be able to answer. I think he lived in between Harit's place and mine.

I think Peter last showed his car in 2007 - he (with some family) brought the car to Pune by road especially for the FCCCI rally on August 15th, in the pouring rain. It took him around 10 hours! He says the car was bought by his parents in the 30s from a Parsi in Bombay. The car has been on the rally scene for donkeys years, and out of Bombay too. It also appears in Attenborough's 'Gandhi'.

Peter doesn't drive any more due to failing eyesight, but his enthusiasm in an event puts us all to shame. The knowledge he has of his car is unparalleled.

A interesting 4 Cylinder Fiat was shown to me sometime back for sale. The car subsequently was sold to someone. Don't know who though. Any idea on the model and other details on this car ?

Very beautiful looking car Mr. Ananth. Must be a looker on the streets. Its a great feeling to see some immaculately restored Fiat 500s on our forum.

Going strictly by the body shape, I'd say its a Fiat 507 saloon.
