Today morning a brand new "wayard" Honda Dio driven by a lady( lecturer with a prominent institute here) slammed into front passenger door of my car.The lady had a massive fall, Dio too had somersaulted before coming to halt.Fortunately lady just had some minor bruises, but her dio had taken a beating with broken mirrors, scratched body and even some broken panels.Offered lady help but she managed to call her colleagues to assist her,before any sort of mess would start around with people gathering, lady accepted her mistake cleared us to continue.My car had some scratches and dents are very removable(easily).
This is Second time that somebody else's (read ladies) nearly got me on trouble within a month.First was when two teenage girls (school going without DL and any protection gear) slammed on the same door, as they were trying to take right from the left side of the road with i taking left turn with blinkers on.Fortunately at that few traffic cops were there, who scolded girls and let us go, as we were not at fault even then.I also had some few close shaves ( exactly 4...drivers were

The basic reason for erratic,wayward and senseless driving here is due to no proper training ( be it 2/4 w vehicle), Most people drive w/o DL's( read underage driver/ladies even those who have DL's they get it from agents..u know how).Inefficient traffic cops( they just keep waiting for DUI Bakra's).
.Most shocking thing is that nobody wears a Helmet, even cops dont force nobody as there was a huge protest against the helmets here( many of Politicians/morons were involved in protest, according to them it was major cause of accidents).here are links bot older though:

The result when an Indigo had a big can opener applied to it in the Delhi fog. Not really - someone was just trying to make it into a convertible really quickly, but ran out of enthusiasm (not to mention that the driver ended up in hospital).

The guy lost control of the car while at high speed and it somersaulted a few times. Except for a few broken bones, no harm to lives, thankfully
